Well equipped with great view

The condo is much prettier in person than the pictures portray. Very nicely decorated and well equipped kitchen with everything you need. The large balcony has a beautiful direct ocean view. The property is well maintained by property management staff. Pool was clean, loved the lazy river and having the attached parking garage made for easy access. We loved the convenience of the building and close proximity to restaurants and shopping. Will definitely stay there again!

Memorial Day Getaway

My boyfriend and I were looking to stay in the same area that his family owns a beach condo so we could spend the holiday weekend with them. The condo was clean and check in was seamless. We never needed to contact Barbara because we had detailed information sheets sent to us before our trip. The balcony was especially wonderful to sit on in the mornings and evenings with an ocean view. I would definitely spend another vacation at Barbara's place!

Nice condo as described

We rented this condo. It was clean and as described. Unfortunately we rented it a week a tropical storm came in so barely saw the beach. My only complaint was the HOA shut down the indoor and outdoor pools for 5 days! I understand the outdoor pools being closed during the main part of the storm (3 days). But don’t get why the indoor pools closed! No other condos on the beach were closing indoor pools and most only had outdoor pools closed 3 days. It ruined our vacation. Realize this wasn’t the owners fault but need it to factor this into your decision when renting.

Great family stay

This was a great condo to accommodate our family for a week at the beach. It had everything we needed and was very well stocked. The location was convenient and the pools, lazy river, & hot tub were all clean and well maintained. The beach access was very conveniently located and in good condition.

We would love to return! Great place for family! Nice facility. Be sure to bring your own TP, PT, detergent, sponges, hair dryer, cleaners, trash bags, pantry items, sugar, salt, non stick spray, foil, baggies, and beach chairs.

Clean and Beautiful! When we walked in the first impression was how clean the condo was. Easy entrance and exit each day open area at entry door. All items needed for a stay were there... Dishes, cooking utensils, towels. The ocean view was perfect! The only thing that happened on the "negative" side was the cable box in the master bedroom went out on Wednesday. It remained out for the week. We had two other rooms in which to watch TV but it was a problem.

Oceanfront Condo

Nice location with great access to the beach! Clean condo. If you are staying with a family for a week, will need to bring extra laundry soap, paper towels and garbage bags if you plan on utilizing the kitchen and cooking. Only one supplied. Owner does recommend bringing toilet paper.

Such a wonderful property! Super clean, spacious, and well kept! Love all of the amenities and the location! The rooms are very spacious, kitchen is well stocked. Property is great and very easy to get in and out of! We absolutely loved our stay here and hope to return in the future!

Good property and unit

Very nicely decorated unit and good location. We were there for friends long weekend! I would recommend this place. I would just like to add one comment to the owner; I would suggest that they add hairdryer (pretty inexpensive) specially when you have guest flying from out of state, it is difficult to bring that type of item when flying for few days. One of the basic things! It did say to bring it but should be provided. Overall very good experience!

The unit is spacious and very well located to all activities in the Myrtle Beach area - great pool, hot tubs and lazy river- well maintained - a small problem was immediately rectified - only recommendation would be to sharpen the large kitchen knives - definitely a great place to stay - you won’t be disappointed

Family Vacation

Overall the condo was very clean and access to the beach was great. The only issue we had was that we were not given notice of the pool and lazy river being closed. Speaking to maintenance, it was found that there were issues since the spring. With kids, it was one of the reasons we chose this place. At one point we also did not have running water in the showers during the afternoon (with no notice). Communication between the building and owners/renters should be improved.

Blue Water Keyes - N. Myrtle Beach, SC

Overall, had a very nice time at this location and Unit 701 of Blue Water Keyes. Will list our pros/cons. Pros: Very clean condo Nicely decorated and not over decorated Stocked kitchen far above and beyond most rental kitchens with a good stove that works and ample appliances. Nice patio with view of beach and photos that accurately represent condo inside. Terrific family location (Blue Water Keyes) and N. Myrtle Beach, amazing for families (Quiet, Respectful, Family-focused place). Great pool/lobby attendants keeping things clean and safe. Gracious cleaning crew at checkout, we were running 10 min late to get packed and out, they worked with us! Cons- Had some wifi issues for 2 days, once wifi issues were resolved, wifi worked well. Slow management response after booking the condo but a few weeks before our arrival. VRBO had to reach out to get our questions answered the first time. Also slow-ish about wifi issues but when prompted again, delivered information to help & professional. Blue Water Keyes gym is pretty old and uninspiring! The condo is at the front of the building and the twin bed bedroom is on the street making it vulnerable to street noise. The living room as well gets the street noise. I would have appreciated a photo or two indicating where the condo is located to the building. Lastly, twin bedroom bath has a broken door handle that does not allow for fully closing or locking the bathroom. Minor issue to be fixed.

Family vacation

This place is perfect, so close to everything, love the pool and lazy river, quick walk to the beach. My son loved we were close enough to walk to go parasailing. This place was super clean. The shower has incredible water pressure and gets nice and hot. I would definitely stay here again or recommend this place to others.

Family vacation in a place that felt just like home. Very clean and comfortable..the onpy issue was the internet went out and we were unable to get a response from brends to fix it. Overall it was awesome.
