A TERRIFIC LOCATION. This 4 BR & 4.5 BA home is one of the best values available on 30-a. The location is superb: so close to the Beach. This home is pristine both inside & out. The house has a large open living area that promotes a family friendly lifestyle. There are 3 bedrooms up stairs with 1 bedroom down. There are basically 2 masters. The back of the home has a nice patio for cooking out and back yard living. There is a community pool just 2 doors down.

Greta Location and Great House

This was a great house for our family of seven. It was very clean and it was a perfect location close to Gulf Place. It was an easy walk to the beach. Gulf Place beach access was extremely crowded FYI so get there early if want a square of sand to put your stuff down. The house was clean and well laid out. Only cons I have to say is that the beds were extremely uncomfortable. My husband I sunk down to the middle (I only weigh 120#). The mattresses on the queen sized beds seemed very old. It also would have been nice to have at least one king size bed. Overall it was a great place and we'd happily come back.

This property was perfect for my family, exactly as described! The owner Scott was amazing! GREAT!!

We simply loved our stay perfect for a Family of 6! My wife and I, our 3 kids and my Mom. We were completely comfortable and able to relax!

You will LOVE it!

Our family loved being all together here. The furniture is beautiful, the decorations lovely and special. The house is well maintained and clean. We met some of the neighbors and their dogs, all so nice. We did enjoy some fine seafood and beach time. I had some communication with the owner, who was terrific. You are sure to enjoy time here!

Great Trip, great location

It's a nice house in a good location. It is truly an 8 minute walk to the beach. The owners did an excellent job of communicating with us and were very helpful if we needed assistance. The house is in a good location in relation to 30A. The intersection of 30A and 393 is a nice location for restaurants and ice cream shops but not too busy in comparison to other areas of 30A. We were able to get everywhere easily and relatively quickly, whether that was further down 30A or going into Destin. We loved the fact that each bedroom had its own bathroom. We'd love to return in the future with family or friends.

Terrific Beach House, Great Location, A+ Owners!

We couldn't ask for a better getaway. From the inviting decor and well-stocked kitchen to the spacious bedrooms and living areas, the house was perfect. The beach and a variety of shops and restaurants are all an easy walk away, and the community pool is a 20-second stroll from the front door. The owners were also very pleasant to work with and gladly answered any questions we had. Thank you for a great stay!

GREAT HOUSE! AWESOME LOCATION!!

My big group (2 families - 8 people) absolutely LOVED staying for a week at this beach house! The house was well stocked and VERY clean. The owners/host are so nice and are readily available if needed. We walked to the beach every day (about an 8 minute walk). There are local shops, restaurants, ice cream parlors, & coffee shops within walking distance. We would definitely recommend and hoping to rent here again!

Great Getaway

This is a very nice house that is beautifully decorated. It is not a bad walk to the beach but since we had small children, we went to the beach early each morning and parked our truck and put up our chairs and umbrellas and walked back and then shuttled the rest back and forth to the beach. There are some very nice restaurants within walking distance. We had a great time.

Great place to stay, very nice home for our family.

The property is a little ways away from the beach so we rented a golf cart for the week to help get things to and from the beach.

Amazing getaway with family

We had an amazing time visiting Santa Rosa Beach !! The house was beautiful , had everything we needed , And had so much room for our large family ! , The manager was super helpful . Its close to the beach So it made it easy for all to enjoy ( from our 6 yr old to the grandparents ). We cannot wait to visit again soon !!!

We live in Cincinnati, Ohio and we have been vacationing in the Santa Rosa Beach are for over 20 years. We were blessed to have been able to fulfill a lifelong dream of owning a house in the area that has long been our second home. We have decided that we ant to share our home with other wonderful families and play a small in creating lifelong vacation memories.

Kelly has dreamed of owning a place in Santa Rosa Beach for over 15 years. She started to accumulate a stack of furnishing in the corner of our basement over the years. One day I was cleaning the basement and came across these unfamiliar items and asked her what they could possibly be for. She confidently answered, " That stuff is for my beach house someday". So it was without question, that we endearingly refer to the house, as the Someday Beach House.

We do not use property managers nor do we have a giant portfolio of rentals. This is it! So if you need anything during your stay, simply reach out to us and we help you with anything you may need.

We are emphatic about making your vacation perfect and ensuring that you have a problem free visit. This is the first full season that we have opened our home to the public, so you can count on a sparking clean home with top of the line amenities. We hope we can play a small role in your family's memorable vacation.

When we think like a vacationer, we love the fact that every room has their own restroom. We have never had that in all of the years we have visited the area. No more standing in line for the bathroom.

We also love the convenience of all the quaint, locally owned shops right around the corner. Restaurants, pizza and ice cream shops, liquor store, bike and paddleboard rental, and a couple souvenir stores are just a few of the local amenities.
