This multi-level home is within walking distance of Gulfview Heights Beach Access, the nearest public beach access in the area, and is also close to fantastic local attractions, including Grayton Beach State Park, Topsail Hill Preserve State Park, Point Washington State Forest, Pilcher Park, Club LA, and Windswept Dunes Golf Club. Find endless dining options and coffee shops along the 30A.
This coastal charmer has its main living area located on the second floor with a beautiful coastal-themed open floor plan. Wind down in the inviting living room, offering welcoming sofas and a smart TV with streaming and cable services to keep you entertained during your stay. When mealtime comes, surprise your group with their favorite recipes prepared in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with all stainless steel appliances.
