The 2 bed 2 baths downstairs apartment is located close to OU Campus, to Norman Regional Hospital, and a short drive from many restaurants and bars.
It is a unit on an apartment complex, a fully furnished apartment with all the modern amenities. CART bus stop on property. Walking distance from the stadium, restaurants, and bars.

Contactless check-in! Eliminates the hassle of picking up a key. Keys can be duplicated.
Other things to note
Guests have access to pools and laundry. Includes a queen-sized bed with a 5* Hotel quality mattress and linen and extra linen for the couch. Ample parking is available. Stocked refrigerator and all cooking utensils and spices are provided to cook food at home and save money. Come and try. Sanitizing Kit is also available at the listing. Guests are only able to cast their phones to TV.
We will request a photo ID from all our guests. This is no different from if you went to a hotel. Our objective is to verify and also ensure that your account is not compromised. In the past year, we have encountered four such cases. Thank you for your cooperation.
Additional blankets will be provided to the guests on prior requests before the check-in date.
- Quiet please from 10 pm to 8 am
- No weapons on property

Currently, the Pool is open, however, we may close the pool due to weather conditions and maintenance anytime.
Important House Rules:
No pets or smoking allowed. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged for any violations, including smoke odor or related items like cigarette butts. This applies to the unit and all common areas.

-No extra guests besides those included in the reservation; unless prior request and written approval for extra visitor(s).
-Our property should never be used for commercial purposes without advance permission.

We will request a photo ID from all our guests. This is no different from if you went to a hotel. Our objective is to verify and also ensure that your Vrbo account is not compromised. Thank you for your cooperation.

Nice clean apartment. Not noisy like some college towns. Not walkable to downtown, but 15 minute walk to OU football stadium.

The apartment was clean and had everything that we needed. You need to be prepared for the fact that this is an apartment though. Lack of privacy, footsteps from the upstairs unit all night, musty smells, etc.

Great experience

Our stay was perfect, the apartment was very clean and well stocked, the beds were very comfortable and the host was easy to contact when needed. We will be back if we ever need to stay in Norman again.

Perfect Spot for OU Family

This is a wonderful place to stay if you want to be close to campus! Plenty of room, pool near by, washer and dryer in unit and a full kitchen. Highly recommend!

Great place and everything just note the building # is not the street adress

Everything perfect once we found it. We got to the apartment complex by the address shared from the owner but it didnt note it was the buildomg number then the apartment # withing the building. It was dark so that made it harder but figured out in 10 mins or so. Everything from there was great. Highly recommend

OU Move-in stay

Property was clean and well maintained (almost to the point of annoying ). Gardeners and maintenance workers were on the property every day. Loved how the office was close AND open when they said it would. They quickly responded to an urgent maintenance issue. Would stay again.

Close to campus

We drove 12 hours to move our daughter in to OU and this property is minutes away which made things stress free. The kitchen was perfect for our needs allowing us to cook meals between dorm stops. The property manager answered questions within minutes of emailing and made the process seamless! Thanks Evie!!

Family Wedding

We came together for the wedding and since kids are now grown and live away from home we wanted a place to relax and just be a family. This was perfect we cooked my boys favorite meals had great conversations. The neighbors upstairs have small children so could be a little rambunctious but never at bed time or early in the morning. We enjoyed our stay very much and next time we come to Oklahoma we will be staying here.

We met family to attend an OU Football Game

Everything was as advertised. Perfect location to get to the stadium and back easily. Close to Restaurants and shopping venues. Easy access to the property and we were very pleased with the accommodations.

Wonderful property!

Very clean

The property was clean and nice, however, the top apartment was load you could hear everything through the roof. Also they were doing some improvements to the apartment next door, workers talked loudly. If your a light sleeper this would bother you, if not, great rental.
