This downstairs apartment is one mile from Owens Field Stadium, a walk, or an Uber to the big game. This fully remodeled 2-bedroom apartment is located near campus and downtown Norman. A newly remodeled 2-bedroom/1-bath, fully furnished with hotel-style mattresses. A great location for a game-day stays as it is just one mile from Owens Field Stadium. You can just walk or book an Uber to the big game.
Contactless check-in! Eliminates the hassle of picking up a key. Keys can be duplicated. The unique code is provided to you only and erased after every stay.
"We assume that our guests are busy and value privacy. We will check on you regularly via text. Other than that, we will leave you alone. if you do have any questions regarding your stay or the town,
I am here 24/7 to make your stay the most comfortable. You can count on me to be there for you.
Safe location. You are less than a mile from the OU Stadium and Campus on a commercial street. Campus, Campus Corner, Downtown Norman, and the highway are easily accessible. Close to Norman Regional Hospital. The apartment is on the campus/city bus line.
Uber is always available. Includes a queen-sized bed with a 5* Hotel quality mattress and linen and extra linen for the couch. Parking is available. Stocked refrigerator and all cooking utensils and spices are provided to cook food at home and save money. Come and try. The sanitizing kit is also provided in the apartment.
We will request a photo ID from all our guests. This is no different from if you went to a hotel. Our objective is to verify and also ensure that your account is not compromised. Thank you for your cooperation.
Additional blankets will be provided to the guests on prior request before the check-in date.

Important House Rules:
No pets or smoking allowed. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged for any violations, including smoke odor or related items like cigarette butts. This applies to the unit and all common areas.

-Our property should never be used for commercial purposes without advance permission.
- Quiet please from 10 pm to 8 am
- No weapons on property


Currently, the Pool is open, however, we may close the pool due to weather conditions and maintenance anytime.

Great spot for OU Family Weekend

Great little 2:1 close to campus. Stocked snacks coffee and water was a welcome touch. Worked perfect for our weekend stay. Thank you.

NO INTERNET/TERRIBLE CHECK-IN/MUSTY SMELL/NO TV

The handle on the kitchen faucet fell off every time the water was turned on. We asked for early check-in and were told no. Three pm was check-in. We drove 4 hours and arrived 5 minutes before check-in time and could not get in. We were sending a message and noticed we received a message 2 hours earlier that check-in was delayed due to cleaning in progress and check-in would be an hour later (4pm) than advertised. No one was there cleaning. We sent a message to the agent and were able to enter about 30-40 minutes later. Digital lock instructions were not accurate for entering or exiting (unlocking and locking). We had to call the manager to find out how to lock the door. There was a musty smell immediately on entry. Internet DIDN'T work our entire stay (Fri-Sun). Using 2 different contact methods we left 5 messages. When we finally did get a response, we were told they would get on it--never happened. And there were no TV's. TV's weren't advertised however we have never rented a Hotel or VRBO where there weren't TV's. Our Granddaughter stained a bedcover and the charge was fair. Condo was clean and newly remodeled. Beds were soft. Several food amenities available for "donation".

Adorable property!

We had a great experience with Evie, she was a responsive/attentive host and I felt she genuinely cared about our experience. The apartment is in a very quiet neighborhood with a lot of nearby conveniences (a CVS, Walmart, etc.) and it was adorably decorated. Very clean and had a lot of thoughtful items for our use, plus items (snacks, drinks, etc.) we could purchase just in case. Overall an excellent stay, I would recommend this property/host to anyone.
