One of the best & biggest villas in South Shores Resort!
Need a break? Looking for the ideal holiday? Villa 47 is a luxury beach house where you can relax, enjoy the beach, swim in the pool and discover the attractions of the Fleurieu Peninsula.
The villa is located in the secure gated ' South Shores Resort' nestled against Lady Bay sand dunes and opposite Links Lady Bay Golf Course. With a beautiful boardwalk to the beach, park like open spaces and two resort style decked swimming pools all only metres away makes it the ideal holiday escape destination. Villa 47 is one of the largest and best located villas in the South Shores community.
Villa 47 features 3 bedrooms to comfortably sleep 8 people. All with queens sized beds and a double bunk + single bunk in the third room. Each bedroom has built-in-robes, heating and cooling vents.Please note that bed Linen is not supplied. Please bring your own linen or if you wish, linen can be ordered from a local supplier at an extra charge.
The spacious open living, kitchen and dining areas are located upstairs. Open the bi-fold doors and allow the sea breeze and country air in as you step out onto the deck to enjoy the panoramic views of the Lady Bay hills, horses and swimming pools. The kitchen, living and dining areas are all fully equipped with all new modern furniture, SMEG appliances, LCD TV, Stereo, IPOD dock & speaker.
Need some quiet time? Retreat to the sun-room which opens out to the lower deck. Have a nap on the day bed, relax reading a book or admire the views of the resort pool. Downstairs also boasts the ultimate rumpus room for young and old. With table tennis table, 2nd TV (+DVD/VCR), fold out sofa bed (for those unexpected visitors), bean bags, sports equipment and toys. What more could you want?
Villa 47 is complemented by smart modern decor and features two bathrooms (the master bedroom ensuite is complete with a luxury deep bath) and an additional toilet is located upstairs. There is even an outdoor shower to wash off the sand after a day at the beach!

We had a great stay in Villa 47 at South Shores. The host allowed us to have an early check in and a late check out which was very much appreciated. The games room was perfect for the kids and upstairs perfect for the adults. The host was very responsive which was helpful. The place was very clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our stay. Linen was included which was one less thing to organise. It was a bit pricey but we knew that before we booked. Would definitely stay here again.

Great family getaway

We stayed over the long weekend booking three villas at South Shores Normanville for a couple of families. The villas are very comfortable and clean, great for games nights and spending time with loved ones. The grounds at South Shores and beach access are perfect for family fun. We had an absolutely wonderful stay. Definitely plan to return again.

We absolutely loved our little stay!

Place was perfect, close to the beach, great pool, & the lawn area with swings was really awesome. Everyone enjoyed themselves and the place was fantastic

Perfect Spot to relax!

The property is perfect for adults and kids of all ages. We had the best weather and the pool was definitely the highlight! Kids can scooter, ride or skateboard safely around the complex, great peace of mind for parents. The bedrooms, linen, products provided are all class. Will definitely be back!

Great place to stay!

Highly recommend this place! We had a great time. The house is perfect for family's, with heaps of things for the kids to do and it's in a great location (close to pool, playground and beach). Very clean and comfortable and the hosts were fantastic.

Thank you to the owners of Villa 47. We had a fantastic time as a family, and really appreciated all the extra little things you thought of to make our time pleasant.The rumpus room downstairs was brilliant, and there were plenty of areas to sit and relax, with others, or on your own.The pools, playground and boardwalk to the beach were brilliant and we loved the fact that the grounds were enclosed. The little wrens amongst the lovely gardens were a delight . We would love to come back some time :)
