This newly renovated home offers the perfect combination of beautiful and convenient. Close to downtown Rochester, Royal oak and Birmingham. The high end king size mattress provides amazing comfort, perfect for longer stays! Our professional housekeeping and host will make sure you have a wonderful stay every time.

Home sits on over half acre with a beautiful private back yard, yet easily accessible and close to a variety of restaurants, gyms, shopping and entertainment. The entire home is included except for the garage which is used for storage.

Perfect home

This was a very nicely updated and comfortable home. My two daughters and I had plenty of room. The beds were all super comfortable and well appointed. I would absolutely recommend this home for future stays and for any family or friends looking to stay in the area.

Family Trip

We came to visit extended family and needed a place to stay. This house was beautiful! Great decorations, very comfortable beds, super nice house. Alex was always quick to respond and was kind and so helpful. Would definitely stay again if we come back to the area. Great stay!

This property was perfect for our stay. Clean and well maintained. There were so many little thoughtful touches including bathroom toiletries and kitchen staples. The home was situated close to many restaurants and shopping opportunities. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

A perfect stay

I can't recommend this VRBO enough! The host was incredibly responsive and made sure everything was just right. The location was perfect—central to all the areas we wanted to visit and so easy to get around. I recently had surgery and stayed here for my recovery, and it couldn't have been a better choice. The home was one of the most comfortable stays I've ever had. I even reached out to the host to find out where he purchased some of the items because I felt so at home! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient place to stay.

Excellent Property!

This was a very nice property. The 3 king size beds were very comfortable and a plus. Although the road is very busy, the noise was not noticeable inside the house. The landscaping was not taken care of, but the backyard was perfect if you have a dog; a larger coffee pot would be useful. The owner was responsive and kind. Overall a very nice rental.
