Great Stay, Safe, Clean, and Perfect Location

Stayed here for a Staycation visit with my parents. The host was very responsive throughout the stay, location was very safe and walkable, and centrally located to get to major neighborhoods in detroit.

We had a water issue , property mgr addressed quickly. Property is updated but still very worn. There is no towel bar in bathroom, so no where to put towels. Walls are pretty beaten up and dirty along with stairs.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

We fell in love with the Rail District for its perfect blend of urban energy and small-town charm. Picture tree-lined streets buzzing with life—locals sipping coffee at quirky cafes, the hum of trains rolling by, and the scent of fresh brews wafting from Griffin Claw Brewing Co. just blocks away.

We adore the walkability—strolling to Whole Foods, popping into boutique shops, or grabbing a bite at Whistle Stop diner feels effortless. The neighborhood’s creative vibe, paired with Birmingham’s upscale polish and proximity to downtown, makes it a gem. It’s our happy place, and we can’t wait for you to experience it too!

この宿泊施設の特徴

What sets our townhouse apart is its perfect fusion of modern comfort and unbeatable location. As the left unit of a stylish duplex, it offers the privacy of a standalone home with the charm of shared architectural character. Step inside to a bright, open layout—ideal for relaxing or hosting—then step out to the vibrant Rail District, where Griffin Claw brews and downtown Birmingham’s boutiques are just a short walk away. Tucked on Haynes St, you’ll enjoy a quiet retreat with your own entrance and space, yet feel the pulse of this upscale neighborhood. It’s not just a stay—it’s your personal gateway to Birmingham’s best!
