Rangoon Sunrise is a newly renovated 4-bedroom house, a perfect place to sit back and relax and enjoy your next beach holiday. Rangoon Sunrise is ideally located, an easy stroll to the Minnamurra River and Beach as well as a local café for your morning coffee. Comfortably accommodates 9 people.

The upstairs has 2 spacious bedrooms each with their own ensuite. Downstairs has 2-bedrooms, 1-bathroom, open style lounge/dining and kitchen, that flows onto an outdoor area. Off street parking is available.

Please Note: On the day of key collection a security deposit of AUD $1,000.00 will be held on the provided credit card. This block will usually be lifted within 7-10 working days after departure (conditions apply).

Peak Season:
All our properties have a designated changeover to best manage cleaning. For the peak season of summer 24-25 the changeover day is Friday. We don't schedule arrivals on public holidays.

Great weekend stay

Easy check in check out. Sunday we checked out 1pm which was advantageous. Location was great, short walk to beach.

Loved it BUT!

Great place, great location beautiful bathrooms BUT they missed the little stuff. Fly doors on the sliding doors with no wheels and holes in the mesh. A non stick fry pan that lost it's non stick years ago. A fan in the master bedroom that sounds like a washing machine. A bed head in the master bedroom that covers all the power points and the fan control switch. Where do you plug your phone in? Sorry to sound like a whinger. Everything else was magic. We had a lovely time there.

The property was stunning and so peaceful. A 2 minute walk to the beach and so spacious. We had 9 people stay for a weekend away to visit the SmashLab and we were all really comfortable in the house. I’d absolutely stay again and would recommend to anyone staying down that way

Big rooms, kids love the toys

Great home for a group of 9 in a good location next to the water inlet. This home was in a pristine clean condition walking in. Family loved the modern look, quality fitouts with big rooms and comfortable sheets. The biggest win is our daughter loved the abundance of toddler toys, the 2 chair swings outside and the jacuzzi. The open plan living is a little bit cosy but you can squeeze 8 people on the couch or the dining table. In the next street is coffee shop serving vittoria coffee which you can have on the picnic benches overlooking the water near the house. Nearest beach is a couple minutes drive to Jones Beach. Best fishing is best 20 minutes south to windang as per the locals. We would stay here again.

Beautiful house, great location

We were very impressed with the size of the rooms and quality of the fittings. The location was excellent, within a short walk to the train station, lagoon and the coast track. The children in our group loved the numerous toys and books.

Very impressed

This property was outstanding, exceeded expectations and the location is incredible. Everything you need a short distance away, a lovely cafe a minute walk round the corner, attractions and adventure a short drive to Kiama. The house itself was spotless, comfortable and beautiful the pictures do not do the house justice. Would absolutely recommend and stay again.

Beyond expectations!

This property was amazing! The size and layout was perfect, it has EVERYTHING you need, including little toys for the kids and board games for adults too! Really modern appliances, the bathrooms were great and the styling of the property was great! Literally a few houses down from the River also which we loved. We loved the hanging chairs in the backyard! We will definitely be back again!
