This condo has been recently updated, ensuring that you enjoy modern comforts in a beachfront setting. Prepare gourmet meals easily in the updated kitchen, featuring sleek granite countertops and ample storage space. The bathrooms have been completely redone. Pack your bags and start enjoying the coastal lifestyle immediately. Enjoy stunning sunsets and views of the sugar sand beach from your private balcony. The complex offers a convenient elevator, a sparkling swimming pool for relaxation, and reserved under-building parking for your peace of mind. Situated just a short distance from John`s Pass Village, you can access a vibrant array of shopping, restaurants, beach bars, and entertainment options. Whether you`re seeking adventure or relaxation, this location has it all.

Sliding doors from the great room and master bedroom lead to a large balcony overlooking the golden sands of Madeira Beach and the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy the views! Watch TV or enjoy a meal and a drink on the balcony. A nearby dining area has a table with 6 chairs, while a well-sized, updated, open-concept galley-style kitchen has all the essentials to cook meals.

Madeira Beach is located just west of St. Petersburg and has 2.5 miles of gorgeous beaches and sparkling Gulf of Mexico waters. Legend says that a pirate named John LeVique was the first European to settle the Madeira Beach area. It is best known for the 1,100-foot boardwalk along the Intracoastal named John`s Pass Village and Boardwalk.

John’s Pass is a collection of shops and restaurants in an old-style fishing village setting. Here, you can pass the time watching pelicans dive for fish, watch dolphins swim and play, shop to your heart`s content, or simply relax and enjoy all the amazing food and drink! Fishing is the primary sport activity, but you can rent a jet ski, take a pirate cruise, or go on a sunset dolphin cruise. Many more restaurants, beach bars, unique local shops, and public beach access points are within the city limits. The activities and memories are endless in Madeira Beach! If you’re bringing the kids, treat them to a trip to The Candy Kitchen (less than a 10-minute walk) for slabs of fudge, chocolates, and taffy.

Great vacation Getaway

We had a great time staying in this condo. It was clean and beautiful, quiet and peaceful. We loved the short (safe) walks across the street to the beach for sunsets. Would definitely recommend and come again.

Great place

We had a great time staying here. It was directly across from the beach and had a cross walk in front of the building. It was nice and quiet. The only sounds we heard were from the traffic on the street.

Madiera Getaway Unobstructive Views

When you first get onsite you will have to park under condo as it may be quite challenging. However, there is plenty of other parking. You'll get 2 parking passes. Condo was very spacious, updated, and offered awesome unobstructive views of the Gulf. The community is still rebuilding but the area is still lively with tourist. John's pass is an awesome place to fish, sight see, and do attractions.

Great beach stay

Very nice condo right across the street from Madeira Beach. Very clean. Convenient to eating, shopping. Nicely appointed kitchen. Only negative might be crossing a very busy street to get to the beach.

Great location

The unit was upgraded nicely. Although it is older overall it’s very nice. Plenty of everything you need in the unit and within walking distance.

Spectacular ocean views! Centrally located to many attractions like John's Pass, Clearwater Beach, St.Pete. Lots of great local dining choices with family friendly activities within walking distance. Lots of space to relax. Walk right across the street to the beach, enjoy the pool on site, or sit out on the deck to enjoy the ocean breezes. An awesome stay!

This unit is wonderful. Right across the street from the beach with a clear view of the ocean, 10 to 15 minutes away from golf courses restaurants and entertainment. We will be back! Nive and clean and the management company is easy to work with!

Great vacation property

The condo was very large and fit our family of four perfectly. Our sons are 19 and 24 and they had their own room with their own beds, which was perfect. The balcony overlooked the public parking with the Gulf right behind it. You could hear the waves crashing and see dolphins from the balcony. Great location with a few restaurants and bars close by. We will definitely stay here again!

Nice condo with a great view

We absolutely loved the outside balcony. Perfect for watching the sunset. We had a great view of the beach and the gulf. The bedrooms had a lot of space and closet space. Very helpful to have 2 full bathrooms. A great location for walking to restaurants. The kids loved the pool too. Would love to come again sometime.

Good trip!!!!

The property was clean and neat. The beach was just across the street with a cross walk. The beach was in full view from the living room and bed room. The kitchen was well stocked. Grocery store and Resturaunt’s very close.

Great location, clean plenty of room for my family

The location was great. Plave was vlean and updated. We knew in advance about constrution so that was not to terrible. The internet did not work most of the time so we couldnt watch any tv when we were in condo. But honestly we werent there for tv anyway..we had a blast and even stayed extra day just to enjoy the beach .. Great getaway and would deffenently rent again

Perfect Match

Sometimes the picture you see does not represent what’s real life and that is not the case with this vacation rental. The pictures are 100% what you get, and it is wonderful. It is a great place to stay for a get-away.

Great Location

The size of the unit is amazing. Lots of room. Bathrooms & Kitchen clean. Rolled up rug under coffee table to sit aside. The corners are curled and was a trip hazard. Would recommend to stay here for the location and size of the unirnos

Great, convenient condo!

We had a great week as first time visitors to Madeira Beach! The condo was spacious and clean. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The bathtub was slow to drain when we arrived and they sent someone right out and fixed it. There are several great restaurants nearby that we were able to walk to. We loved Caddy’s, Dockside Dave’s and the Reef. The beach was also so convenient and easy to access! The balcony was closed and we knew this going in. We still had great views from the living room and king bedroom. No complaints!

A pleasant surprise

We booked this on a whim without knowing much about the area. What a pleasant surprise once we arrived. The top floor corner unit across the street from the public beach parking gave us a great view of the water without having to pay the ridiculous prices for a beachfront condo. We were also happy to find that we were a short 5 minute drive form and couple supermarkets. We were able to do a little shopping and cook meals throughout the week. The kids loved being able to alternate between spending time at the pool and the beach. The traffic noise was the only thing that we could mark as a negative but we were able to block it out most of the time and it even became a running joke that led to a lot of family laughter. This was a great option for a relaxing family getaway and we would highly recommend it.

Amazing property management

Our 1st day of vacation was super disappointing. The balcony and pool were both closed for renovations and traveling with 2 children was shaping up for a miserable week in Florida in June. Thankfully the property manager was beyond accommodating and offered us another property with the amenities we were looking for and just credited our payment from the original property to the other location! Vacation saved!!! Both units were very nicely set up, updated and pristinely clean!!! The 2nd location was in St. Pete beach, somewhere i wouldn't have typically booked, my family and I are most familiar with Redington/Madeira beach but it was a short distance and an absolutely beautiful location!! We are already looking into booking back there for next year! Thank you so much Kyra for your effort, kindness and accommodations to make this 1 of the best vacations my family has ever had!!

Not the Best Experience

My family and I spent a week at this condo and definitely had a mixed experience. First of all, the location of the building is great. It is directly across the street from the public beach and next to the gas station. The room was stocked with chairs, toys, and other items that were great at the beach. The room was fairly clean, but had a damp, musty smell. The bottom area of the building where we were supposed to park was full of construction equipment and debris/trash. We were assigned parking spot J, and it was inaccessible. The worst part of the stay was the construction. They started every day at 8am and were very loud. They used drills that shook the entire building and were loud enough that you had a difficult time talking over them. The property manager stated that we were warned that construction was happening and that we had received a reduced room rate. The property manager stated that there was nothing they could do about it. The property rule book states that there would be no construction noise before 9am and it simply was not true. I got the impression that because we were warned and accepted a reduced room rate, that we were expected to accept the noise at any time. We tried to get a late checkout on Saturday so we could sleep in prior to leaving for home but were denied. Due to the construction noise before 9am, we would not stay here again. We would not recommend this place to anyone while they are still under construction.
