Blue Palm Paradise is a short two-minute walk from the sparkling clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico. A quick walk down the street and your feet are in the sand and enjoying the stunning turquoise waters of the Gulf!

The main living area features a bright kitchen with counter seating and a dining room with seating for eight. The living area is a comfortable spot for the family to gather and enjoy the pool view from the patio doors.

A master king bedroom with ensuite bathroom also shares this floor. On the next level, guests will enjoy a second king master with ensuite bathroom. The top floor includes a guest room with two twin beds and the final guest room with a queen bed and a shared full bathroom in the hall. Each bedroom includes crisp linens and plush towels in the bathrooms from our professional linen service. Your guests will stay connected with complimentary WIFI and enjoy all of the comforts of home, including a washer and dryer.

The private heated salt water pool and spa are a step outside the living room door. With an outdoor shower, pool loungers, grill and patio dining, your family will enjoy relaxing and dining poolside.

Blue Palm Paradise is easy walking distance to the free island trolley, which travels the entire length of the 7 miles of the island. Hop on and off at your leisure and explore shopping, dining and the beaches. The perfect location for your next beach vacation!

Blue Palm Paradise is a dog friendly home! If you have added a pet to your reservation under the number of pets, the fee of $150 per dog plus tax has been added to your reservation total. Please note, there is a 2 dog limit.

Beautiful and spacious home with plenty of room for our large family. Bedrooms were located separately to provide some privacy. Honestly everything I could have asked for in a vacation rental. Kitchen was stocked with everything we need to cook meals, there was plenty of cabinet and pantry space to allow us to store food during the week, and the pool and deck were phenomenal. The beach was a short 2 min walk from the home, and a trolley stop was at the end of the block. This home felt like a home away from home and we dreaded leaving today! Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us! We hope to be back again next year!

We come to AMI every year and this house has been the best one we have ever stayed at. The proximity to the beach was fabulous and we loved the pool/hot tub as well. The only thing was that the master bedroom on the middle floor was very warm and it was hard to creep. It was 90+ degrees though so that may have had something to do with it. The kitchen was very well stocked and we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location- close to beach and restaurants

This house was a perfect fit for our family- it was a very short walk to the beach and we were able to get to many places quickly and easily with the golf cart we rented. The pool was perfect for family that didnt want to spend their day at the beach. The layout of the house allowed for people to be able to have their own space and privacy if they needed that. The house was clean and well stocked with items we needed for a week. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms had plenty of towels and accessories provided. The property manager was very responsive to questions and one small issue we had with lights not working outback. Added bonus that we could bring our labradoodle to this pet friendly house. Highly recommend this property for an enjoyable home away from home.

Great location!

Lovely and spacious home situated a short walk to sugar sand beach. There were plenty of beach chairs and other gear for us to use. Our family of 6 (and two small dogs) never felt crowded; floor plan is great for group/large family. We enjoyed the private pool/deck. Tasteful decor and well furnished property. The only exception was the clothes dryer that never worked (we packed light knowing we could do laundry during the week). Property management promptly addressed a slow shower drain but the report on the dryer was that it could not/would not be remedied during our stay : ( Management offered to help with laundry fees but we ended up using a local (extremely clean) laundromat when we had a chance, to dry our items. We enjoyed our family time together to the fullest! AMI never disappoints and we made great new memories to cherish.

Family Vacation

Perfect location and so close to the beach! We went to the beach daily then came back and took advantage of the pool. Plenty of beach chairs, toys and a wagon to use. Beautiful home and exactly as pictured. Plenty of room and ideal layout for our family vacation (which included small children). Kitchen was well stocked (plates, glassware, pans, etc.) Also, ample pillows, blankets, towels and beach towels. We had a great time (wish we could have stayed longer)!!! Can't wait to return!

Just Perfect

Such a beautiful home, steps from the beach and trolley stop. The heated pool with lil waterfalls was a perfect addition. Wonderful communication from the rental management company (very responsive and helpful) and all was just as described. We were visiting for our grandmother’s memorial (who loved the island so much) and all was so relaxing and healing. Thanks so much.

Blue Palm was Paradise!

Home was beautiful and very well appointed. Fit our family of 7 wonderfully. Kitchen had everything we needed for meals in. We loved that there were plenty of beach chairs, an umbrella, wagon and other beach toys ready and waiting for us. The location was fantastic, 2 min walk to the beach and still centrally located to many restaurants and shops. We also made daily use of the beautiful pool and especially the spa. There was a bed linen mishap at our arrival but AMI was quick to respond and very gracious to provide a credit. We would love to rent this home in the future!

Florida vacation

Nice, could use some more dishes and glassware. 7 adults used quite a bit. Pool was not clean and chlorine regulator had been turned off. When we asked about this, lots of nonsense. one day later pool person showed up and stated they had been waiting on salt to be delivered and he put in the salt and turned the regular back on. Would have been nice to have somebody just tell us that.

Family beach trip

This awesome was great for multi family sharing and the location could not be beat. The house was very well stocked with anything needed and all amenities were great or repairs were made quickly. Would rent again.

Blue Palm Paradise was a great find and I would stay here again! It is super close to the beach, and has a beautiful pool. There were some small inconveniences which were immediately addressed by the management team. There are some things the owners could do to make things even better, but it's nothing that would prevent me from renting again.

Would stay here again

We had the best week at AMI in this house. You never know if the listing will actually be like the pictures suggest, but this one was. I can't say enough good things about this house. It's location was perfection (across the street and 3 houses in from the beach). The ceilings are tall, the beds are so comfortable, and the pool is a great size. There is a cart with beach toys and plenty of chairs to go around. (We left the beach toys we purchased, as well as a kite that we bought and didn't get around to using.) The only "complaint" would be that the twin bed bedroom door didn't shut all the way, but that room was being used by our 5 and 7 year olds so that didn't bother me. We 100% will stay here again.
