Absolutely beautiful view. You cannot beat the view and access to the bay from this home. The beds are comfortable, every appliance you can think of and great deck furniture to relax and watch the sun come up. You can wade in the bay for aprox 60 yards and the water not be past your chest when the tide is down. The views are stunning!! If I could critique anything it would be add a crab pot so people can make fresh catch and some new utensils. Everything else was absolutely wonderful. Thank you for allowing us to rent your beautiful home. It was a magical vacation to the island.

We loved the cleanliness of the house as well as the fact that it was pet friendly. The view was amazing!!! We loved everything about the house and our stay. Only thing was we wished there was more of a shore line to sit down by the water. Other than that we were well satisfied.

Being right on the water was wonderful! The location is great – nice quiet area with a 2-minute golf cart ride / 10 -minute walk to town. The upstairs room was perfect and spacious for all of the kids. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing week at this property. The view is unmatched and the access to Pine Street and beach access is great. Our favorite room is the screened in porch and the upstairs bunk beds were a hit with our young kids.

Home was beautiful and clean. However I feel the price we paid per night it would include more than 1 trash bag, detergent and dish soap for a 5 day stay.

Amazing location, right on the bay—with a tiny bit of beach. Absolutely beautiful. The home was as described. My only complaint is the minimal amount regular use items (TP, salt/pepper, dish soap, plastic wrap, etc.) They were clear in the description that these products were only supplied in (very) limited quantities. So, fine. But for the price it seems cheap. Everything else was fantastic. We would definitely go back.

Nice layout with excellent common spaces in the home. Kitchen is a touch small but the seating areas close by make up for it! Well thought out design for vacation living. Indoor and outdoor seating/eating options, spectacular views and our fury family was thrilled also!

The location is amazing. While the house is old and is in need of updating, we would come back again without issue. And even though the house is old it is in remarkably good condition for its age.

The listing did not match the houses interior furniture. The coffee pot was not as pictured, we brought our pods from home. We had to buy coffee filters and coffee filters. Walked outside to see the patio furniture was not the same as pictured, the door leading to the beach in the picture doesn’t exist on the property. The house is located on a beach wall which is not what is shown in the picture. Both king size beds were uncomfortable, the pillows had little to no support. This location had a beautiful view, the house was clean for the most part. We enjoyed our stay, the house was very nice & neat. We had everything we needed.

Wonderful Vacation Home!

This home is newly updated and so warm and comfortable. We have vacationed at AMI many times, and this is our new favorite home. We particularly loved the room upstairs for our kids! And loved all of the different spaces for eating. The screened in porch is lovely as well as the dining nook! We will be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The beach was so close and with little kids they could play then come in for meals and naps. We would definitely come back. For the little things that needed attention like a new outdoor hose , the response was immediate! Thank you for a great experience.

This old house with greatV

The location is very good! Swimming in the bay, watching dolphins, sunrises, and private small beach area were pluses. Lots Of room in the house. Enjoyed the shade On the outdoor deck, eating on the screened in porch, and being able to walk to bean pointe at low tide. The kitchen area is very small. House is in need Of upgrades and renovations.

Relaxing stay on AMI

The house was clean on arrival and very well stocked. We cooked several meals there and had everything we needed. Bonus fridge in the garage for extra drinks. The house is located right next to public access for the beach, so there were many days that strangers, and even a unleashed dog, walked onto the property, even though a sign says no trespassing on sea wall. Perhaps a small fence or chain, or landscaping would help keep it more private. You can walk to many shops on Pine Ave. Dips was our favorite ice cream place.
