Space Coast 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse located in a desirable Oak Tree Gardens neighborhood. Only a 5 min drive to US1 along the Indian River where you can watch rocket launches! Home features screened patio downstairs and enclosed garden area and upstairs balcony. NEW AC system installed April 2020, new furniture, new Serta pillow top king mattresses, down comforters, linens, and kitchen appliances. Washer and dryer, Roku TV's in every room. Our home is comfortable, clean and will not disappoint.

This is out of the host control but a resident in the area owned a mustang and every morning at 5am revved up his engine and woke us up. Area was not well taken care of. Neighborhood was questionable.

3 Week visit

The property is as depicted. The area outside the lanai is small and would be limited for dogs to run. The property is located close (within 10 miles) of Walmart, Publix, WinDixie, Target, Lowe's and Aldi. We enjoyed our stay.

Tranquil stay

I have nothing but positive things to say about this property and our experience there. The townhome was very clean and pleasantly decorated. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. The screened porch was peaceful and private. I had to call the owner for something and she responded immediately. When visiting Titusville in the future, this will be my go to place to stay!

Third Year

This is our third year staying at this lovely condo. The place is very comfy, including the California king size beds. It’s a great place to see rocket launchers given that Titusville is the closest town to Kennedy Space Center. We look forward to coming back next year.

Titusville Stay

The property is in great shape and everything you need is there for you. We stayed 3 1/2 weeks while we were waitng on our new home to finish and Jess was really a wonderful host. She even talked with us when hurricane Milton was going to happen. on suggestions to help

Perfect location for Canaveral National Seashore

My partner and my cat had a great time. The location was very convenient to grocery shopping and Cape Canaveral National Seashore. The townhouse was very nice and nicely decorated. It was well stocked with everything we needed and would/will stay again.

Nice place

This place was great on the inside. Very clean and well maintained. All of the things you could need. It’s not often I stay somewhere where there are extras of needed items like toilet paper, garbage bags, washing soap etc but Jess had it all there. Quiet neighborhood. My only concern was first impression, outside of buildings need freshening up with paint for sure, etc and first day someone had dumped trash in entry way but by the following day it was picked up. Overall a great stay, convenient to grocery and interstate and just a short drive to the beach.

Exactly as described

The place was really cute and comfortable. The beds were amazing. The garden patio was a nice outdoor touch. The stairs were not too steep. The only thing was the master shower/toilet room. It is a bit tight. We ended up not closing the door and just keeping the bedroom door closed for privacy. I would definitely stay again though as the cleanliness, respect for our privacy, keyless-contactless check in and those amazing beds made it.

Snowbirds

This was our second stay here. Unfortunately, the weather didn’t cooperate as much as last year, so we spent a lot more time inside. It eased our disappointment by staying at a place that’s comfortable with more than enough space for the two of us. We love the porch!!! We’ve already rebooked for next year.
