Studio is private, romantic for 2 people suite in our villa "The Tree House Blue" (Note: we have 2 big villas next to each other under the same management)
Located in Bight Settlement, Providenciales, Studio at "The Tree House" sits within only a 2-minute walk to the famous Grace Bay Beach and Coral Gardens Reef and shares fence with Windsong Hotel.
Besides the beautiful villas and beach life, villas are also centrally located to the fun-filled nightlife, restaurants, bars, supermarket and other stores.

Short Nice Stay

Our stay was short, but very nice. Studio is super clean and private. Check in was simple. The beach was beautiful and the host was very responsive. Will stay longer next time.

We stayed for 8 days and the property is clean and so comfortable. I will stay again. We normally stay at the Coral Gardens but I will stay here going forward.

First time at Grace Bay

Our vacation to Provo ended with a stay in this lovely rental space. It was in a quiet neighbourhood with short walking access to the beaches.Parking was convenient, everything was clean and organized although a few more kitchen amenities would be helpful additions. Staff at the location were very helpful as well.

Positively the best location on the island!

For those interested in snorkeling, this is the best location in my opinion. Right at the best snorkeling we saw. If you are willing to walk a little, you also can hike to smith’s reef, and even the grocery store. Saved a ton of money having the kitchen and buying local rum.

Beautiful and private - Studio Blue

Gena & Ivan, we very much enjoyed the Studio Blue accommodations. Very clean, had what we wanted, very private, quiet, refreshing pool, the beach umbrella, folding chairs and swim fins being available were an unexpected plus. Location was perfect for things to drive to around the island. Walk to the nearby beach was convenient. Overall, we give your place 5 stars! When we come back, we'll keep you in mind.

Disappointed

When we arrived we could not get into the room, the key pad didn't work- apparently it was an existing problem with dead batteries that a guest told us who tried to stay there previously. Fortunately my husband saw a housekeeper waiting for her ride and asked her if she could get us into our room! She did not speak English, but got a spare from a lock box for us. It was a very long day for us and this was unacceptable. The room smelled like mold, we had large moths we had to dispose of, no snorkeling equipment as promised, no housekeeping to offer additional towels, etc.this property is very tired and needs upgrades. It's not as advertised. There's a flat screen tv in the room that has no channels to access! Luckily we were close enough to the Windsong Resort where we could get a cab and at least watch the Super Bowl! Beach access is a plus. But for the money, upgrade your trip and stay at the Tides or anywhere closer to amenities and restaurants, etc. Each cab ride is $15 per person- which adds up fast and car rentals are very expensive.

Quiet private garden steps away from beautiful Grace Bay beach and reef for snorkeling

This is my second vacation in the area and plan to go back. Typically I would go for an Oceanfront property and was hesitant to go instead for a private garden access/view. The garden itself is surrounded by other properties (eg Windsong) but found that it actually isolated us completely from nearby construction noise and there are several construction sites in Thr Bight (eg. New beachfront Windsong development next door). We cooked (eg small Weber BBQ good for 2) and ate all our meals on either the little terrasse or at the table in the garden as well as rested sometimes for nap or reading. The terrasse/garden ended up being a very nice feature for us. Because we drove almost every day to a different beach on the island we enjoyed coming back and taking a stroll at night on the beach or watching the sunset. We provided a list of minor things the owners should look after to improve our stay as we cooked and ate there a lot but all and all managed very well and enjoyed all aspects of our stay and would recommend. Because this is a studio there is no separate living room and for us it became the little terrasse with garden view that allowed someone to either sleep later or wake up earlier. As an unexpected safety bonus there was a regular patrol by a security guard walking the nearby Windsong properties but have to admit we felt safe in general wherever we went. The WIFI password was missing the last digit but the owner provided the correct information quickly. They responded quickly to any enquiries we had. We used for example the washer/dryer mid stay which was very convenient. We did not use the pool or used any other conveniences or terrasse besides our own.

We like people and we like to host different cultures. We are very social and like to host family and friends. It is very rare that we would go to any of our properties alone. Ivan is a Chemical Engineer who plays guitar for Gena from his heart on any occasion. Gena is a Food Science Engineer with big dreams. We are both entrepreneurs and have businesses in the food industry and PP supply. We have raised two beautiful children that like to come to the island with their friends and enjoy water sports. Our kids are ski and snowboard instructors in free and wintertime. We like travelling, skiing, swimming, reading, yoga, meditation, and baking. We ski White Face, Titus Mountain, Lake Tahoe Heavenly, Banff and Lake Luis, Mont Tremblant, etc.. We travelled Europe, Asia, Australia, North and South America and many Caribbean islands.
We have always dreamed of owning a vacation/retirement home on a Caribbean Island to warm ourselves up during the cold Canadian winters! Our love for travel and people brought us to Turks and Caicos – an unforgettable island that we knew we needed to be a part of. The white beaches and bright blue waters were so captivating from the very start. We knew we would wish to visit this beautiful place again and again. We finally reached our dream of owning property on this island in 2018 with our “The Tree House”. This villa is for us four, for our family, friends, and you! For all people in this world who want to enjoy, love, dream and relax in the inspiring, warm water of Turks and Caicos. We, along with many of our guests from around the world, have been enjoying and relaxing on our properties ever since. Come and stay with us today! Live the dream!
