Waterfront condominium association with private access to beach. Main level recently remodeled with new kitchen, half bath, flooring and laundry area. Desk added to living room area for additional work from home space. Upper level includes two large bedrooms and two full baths. Upgraded memory foam mattresses in bedrooms. Short walk to the Cocoa Beach pier! Quiet surroundings in family friendly condominium and short walk to restaurants and shopping. One minute walk to the beach and less to the pool when leaving the condo.

Everything was great! Beach access was wonderful and beach chairs and supplies in the closet were so helpful. House was clean! No bugs! My family slept great. We loved the pier restaurant, and treats that we could walk and get right from the beach. Pool was clean. We felt safe and comfortable. Overall it was a great experience! Thank you!

Relaxing stay

We enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere of this property. The pool area was so well taken care of and the beach access was perfect. I have stayed in nicer and fancier places but the accommodations were sufficient.

The property was very cozy, clean and centrally located. The pool area was very clean and family friendly. It’s the perfect place for a family vacation and for everyone to have a great time. Nice getaway

We enjoyed our stay very much, The pool is awesome and the beach is just a quick walk away. Lots of shops and dining close by. Plenty of space for our family of 4. The kids vote to go back again next year.

Great for families with kids!

We had a wonderful stay in this unit! The bedrooms were huge and allowed for all of our kids to sleep in an actual bed (as opposed to some on a couch). The location and view were amazing, and the access to the beach was super convenient. The property owner communicated all the procedures clearly, and checkout was easy. We would definitely stay here again!

Weekend at the beach

Had a great time celebrating our son’s 30th birthday in Cocoa Beach! Condo was the perfect size for 4 adults. Location is wonderful, walking distance to the pier and other restaurants. Tim was so easy to communicate with, very attentive! We would definitely stay here again.

I discovered Cocoa Beach kind of by accident about 10 years ago when vacationing in Orlando. While wanting a day at the beach we drove over to Cocoa Beach not realizing it was so close only about an hour away. While I was out on the Tiki Bar at the Cocoa Beach pier I had that peaceful easy feeling that I really wanted to live here in Cocoa Beach and experience the margaritaville lifestyle. Now as a VRBO Premier Host I’m happy to share that same feeling with you!
