Holiday Rental House Ellesmera is a unique and stunning holiday home ideal for large families. This spacious abode is only 300 metres to Patonga's beachfront, Ellesmera is a spacious abode with three bathrooms and two living spaces. With modern fittings and European style furnishings, Ellesmera is an elegant property that backs on to bushland Explore the beautiful surroundings or simply unwind with coffee or a glass of wine in hand. Ellesmera has everything you need for the perfect getaway.

Patonga is home to the popular The Boat House Hotel with a great seafood restaurant, general store and tennis courts also available, and only a 10 minute drive to Umina Beach and Ettalong Beach. Master bedroom has a queen bed, walk-in robe and en-suite with double vanity, bath and overhead shower. Bedroom 2, 3 and 4 all have queen beds and built-ins. Bedroom 5 has 2 single beds and built-ins.

* Spacious kitchen with induction cooktop, dishwasher, Delonghi coffee machine

Our host was very kind and responded quickly to any messages I sent. The house is very comfortable with 5 bedrooms and a great place for our group of friends to relax and enjoy each other’s company. The kitchen is very well equipped and there is a big BBQ upstairs. It’s in a quiet street and only a short walk to the beach or The Boathouse.

Our host was very communicative and allowed a late checkout for our family group of 8 that travelled form different states.The accommodation was even more beautiful than depicted in the photos.This home has everything you need to entertain for family dinners.The bedrooms and bed were very comfortable with quality linen.Definitely booking here again next year for our family reunion.PS, Love the turtles.

Luxury at Patonga

This stay is beautiful, a luxurious retreat for the family or friends. As soon as you open the door you feel and see grandeur.Comfort with elegance is how I would describe this well presented home. BEAUTIFUL HOME

This property was absolutely lovely. Had all the utensils and equipment we could possibly need. Only recommendation would be for fat sorb to be added to the bbq to prevent flare ups. Loved sitting on the balcony having a game of uno and a bevy. Great place for a family gathering. It's hard to find a place to house the 7 of us and we had plenty of room.

We had a wonderful girls weekend away at this place. Very spacious and a great location. We particularly enjoyed the top deck with the view over the area and being able to do some lovely walks in this stunning part of the Central Coast.

Beautiful well presented perfect holiday stay

2 nights old friends & partners we have visited & stayed at a couple of other properties in Patonga this one perfect for our group as we relax eat drink go for walks & swim. The property is beautiful extremely well equipped in a great location quiet street but only a few minutes walk to the beach. The host is very helpful & prompt with providing loads of information definitely a 5 star listing. Thanks so much will be back..

Very nice host and excellent property.

Always provided detail information about the trip and stay and allowed us check-in and check-out flexible although we didn't require extra time. Very good condition house and all things are available in the stay even cooking materials. We found the headphones had been left there and the host would kindly post back to us. Thank you very much.

What an amazing property

We are 5 senior couples who get together regularly. This house exceeded our expectations. A clean tidy house with the best equipped kitchen of any property that we have stayed in. Plenty of room to move around. 4 Queen bedrooms and 1 twin. There is beautiful art on the walls and the most amazing decor and collections. The house is situated a short walk from the hotel in a quiet area. Very happy with our weekend away.
