no blankets. beds so hard sleeping on the floor would have been better. dirty appliances The condo is dirty. Shower curtain kept falling down during a shower. tub is to high step out of. Awful place

Had we been notified, we would have immediately sent someone to address the cleaning, check the shower curtain, and provide extra blankets. We shared this feedback with the homeowner and wanted to share the following: - When concerns were raised, the guest was offered a full refund and assistance relocating to another property, but they chose to remain. - Wristbands were available, and additional ones were offered promptly through the guest concierge. - The furniture is professionally cleaned, and the listing photos accurately reflect the unit. - Past guest reviews consistently highlight positive experiences that reflect the home as described. We remain committed to providing a clean, comfortable, and well-represented property for future guests."

Great location, Building staff friendly, Needs new mattresses.

I've stayed at this complex before and it is a nice location close to restaurants and other activities. Cons are that the mattresses (couch, bunks and master) all need updating. The top bunk felt a bit wobbly. The couch bed had not been changed prior to our arrival and there was a stain and garbage in the bed. Also the cookware left a bit to be desired. As said in the listing there is no wifi, which was ok for us, but I do find it odd that it didn't have it. Pros are the bathrooms are updated, there are plenty of chairs, umbrellas and other beach things to use and the condo was well air conditioned and quiet.

PCB trip

Although the complex is older, this condo has recently been updated. The kitchen and both baths were in excellent condition. The unit was very clean and tastefully decorated. The HVAC did not work one day, it was repaired promptly the next day. The television did not work and was also repaired promptly.
