We loved this place! It was perfect for our family and it is decorated so cute. Close to the boat ramp and the screened in front porch was so nice! We absolutely would love to stay again.

Harkers Island Stay

We had a wonderful long weekend staying at the Pelican Place. It was the perfect place for us to meet with some friends at Atlantic Beach and enjoy Cape Lookout! The property was nice and clean and we cant wait to come back! Thank you again for having us!

Quiet and Close to Everything

Awesome rental, one of our best yet. We had all the supplies we needed in the house including great cookware. That is a huge plus. We loved the screened in porch, which captured the morning sun, so relaxing. You don't need to pack much, this place has it all.

Short, but sweet stay

Place was clean, cozy and homey. We really enjoyed it. Close to the only 2 restaurants on Island. Easy to get to Beaufort and Morehead City. We like to go to shops , so not far off. Would definitely go back to this place.

Clean, quiet peaceful haven

Great little place for a weekend getaway! House was closer to neighbors than I had expected but area was quiet and peaceful. House was very clean and had everything we needed. Owner left nice little book in property with info about area which was useful. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

Fantastic but…

I don’t want to tell everyone what a great place this is and how much we enjoyed our stay because then everyone will want to stay here. Could not have asked for anything better, more honey and fantastic communication with the host.

Family of four

This was a perfect home away from home to relax in at the end of a busy day on the water. The homeowner was so sweet to let us know that the home was available to check in early if we wanted to. She let us know she was close by if we needed anything, and to not hesitate to contact her. Hope to return again in the future!

Wonderful

Nice place, as described. It got cold and the house heated efficiently. Very quiet ( a little bridge banging late at night but I just wondered about it, it didn’t bother us. Nice porch, nice yard, comfy!!

Staycation

Holiday weekend with friends. The downtime was much needed by everyone. Enjoyed the fishing, coming back for lunch and a little rest, then back out to fish a little more. Only suggestion would be to have some mixing bowls and baking dishes. There are only a couple of places to eat on island, so more kitchen ware would make cooking in easier.

Pelican cottage

It waa good..but yall messed up on my reservations. I booked to the 12th but yall booked me to the 11th ao we had to pack up and go home. Not too happy but the overall exp was good.

Clean as a whistle

Clean as you could ever want. Water pressure, AC amazing. Screened in porch a bonus bc lots of mosquitoes at dusk and dawn. Kitchen had everything we needed. Nice family room kitchen space to hang out. Very quiet neighborhood like area. However, Communication could be much better from the mgmt company. The local people we were put in contact with were great, just not the rental company
