Make this house your personal home away from home! This Home has been completely renovated inside and out. All brand new furnishings make this the most attractive Estate on all of Lake Keowee to enjoy. Incredible views from this lakefront beauty on Lake Keowee, SC.

Situated in a quiet cove on North Lake Keowee, this is the perfect home for a single or multi family getaway. This 5 bedroom home comfortably sleeps 12 and has a lovely deck for afternoon cocktails, beautiful sun sets and lower covered patio with large tables for dining outside. Plenty of outdoor Rocking Chairs to kick back and relax.

Enjoy the magnificent lake views from all rooms in the house. Home is a 5 bedroom 4 1/2 bathroom. Home has three Master bedrooms. All three masters include a king bed, with en suite bathrooms. Third room has 4 Full bunk beds and last room has 1 daybed with trundle. Home includes all sheets, towels, brand new washer and dryer, and a full kitchen with all new appliances throughout. This home has plenty of gathering space in the upstairs den/kitchen/dining rooms as well as a downstairs den with a card game table, ping pong and air hockey.

Enjoy use of the gas grill, kayaks, and stand-up paddle boards. There is an amazing Fire Pit with Pizza oven as well as a Brand New Hot Tub!!

The home has a private dock. Bring your boat and jet skis! Or boat and jet ski rentals are available through Multiple Marinas on the lake (call to get their current pricing for rentals). This home is located only 15 minutes from Clemson University, a short distance from mountain hiking, tubing and much more. Just 15 minutes to all the stores you would need.... Publix, Walmart, Lowe’s, Marshals etc. If you are looking for a home on Lake Keowee to escape to, this is the one!!

Outstanding lakefront property

This was our third stay and we will come back. Wonderfully positioned on Lake Keeowee (a clear water lake) with a dock and as assortment of water toys. A great playroom downstairs, plenty of sleeping spaces, great kitchen, fire pit, etc. Owner is very responsive to any needs or inquiries.

Family Vacation

For the third year our family gathered to enjoy this home. Great location, great lake and great house. Even if the weather turns bad, the hot tub makes it all good. Plus a garage full of lake toys! Thanks again for sharing your home.

Outstanding property

A wonderful house with all the amenities that one could hope for from a lakeside property. Great outdoor spaces including a dock, fire pit, pizza oven and hot tub. Keowee is a large clear water lake, excellent for swimming, fishing and boating.

Our best retreat yet!

We sent our top producers to this GORGEOUS property with Mountain View’s on crystal clear lake loaded with fish and had an absolute blast! I think the fire pit experience with fresh mountain air coming off the lake was probably the highlight for the men. HIGHLY recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wonderful Football weekend!!

We traveled from out of town for a Clemson football weekend with 3 families. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the house and all of the amenities. The kids had the best time with all of the lake floaties/paddle boards and we just loved quiet and beautiful neighborhood. The host was super responsive and made the whole process seamless. We will definitely be returning!

Family getaway on Keowee

Rob and his home were incredibly welcoming and exactly as advertised. The view from the windows looking out over the lake every morning was beautiful and a perfect setting for breakfast. The amenities and lake items were great for our boat days, and we were able to dock the boat we rented from Lucretia at John’s Marina (a great recommendation from Rob for renting a pontoon) the entire stay. We had no shortage of space or fun for our entire family. Even when we lost a paddle board in the storm, Rob was willing to work with us. Thank you for hosting our 4th of July family vacation!

Best Lake Keowee House Ever!!

My family LOVED this house! We have rented several houses on the lake through the yrs, and this one is "hands down" the best. The view is breathtaking with the lake & mountains. The house was beautifully furnished, comfortable beds & immaculate with towels, beach towels, full stocked kitchen. There was plenty of room for all 13 of us and 2 of our grandkids loved the bunkbeds! We also enjoyed the 2 paddleboards that were available, the small beach area and the hot tub. The deck furniture is like new & we ate outside every meal. Rob was an excellent host & available if we had questions (which we didnt). We cant wait to go back! Linda & Sam Merrill Ormond Beach, Fl

5 star resort/quality home on gorgeous Lake Kewoee!

Awesome house on a beautiful lake! We spent a long weekend with extended family and Clemson daughter at this beautiful home. Everything about this home is high quality! Spacious and unbelievable views from every window of the house. All the amenities you would ever need...large new fire pit with pizza oven, hot tub, large outdoor living space. Great location, 20 minutes to Clemson too. We rented a pontoon boat from local marina and boated to the Lighthouse Restaurant about 15 min away. Owner was extremely responsive for any questions we had during our stay! Highly recommend... we are already checking the calendar to come back.

Best Spot on the Lake!

We have stayed in many different houses on Lake Keowee and this is by far our favorite spot! Here is why: - The views of the lake and mountains in the background are Spectacular - realllly gorgeous! - The house is bright and has big beautiful windows and sliding doors all facing the lake. - The top balcony is perfect for sundowners and dining open air. and the downstairs covered deck a great lunch spot. - It's not far from the water so it's easy access to shuttle things back and forth from the dock. - Beds were all super comfortable and the rooms are all spacious and beautiful. - Furniture throughout is actually very comfortable and brand new. - Kitchen has everything you need to cook and there is an icemaker downstairs in the playroom with the air hockey/ping-pong table - And Rob graciously shares all their waters sports toys with his guests -lifejackets, paddle boards, kayaks, tubes and floats - we've stayed at other houses were none of that was available so this is a BIG PLUS. There is also a great firepit, pizza oven which we will have to try next time and a hot tub. On top of ALL of this, Rob is a wonderful "host" reached out to speak with us before we arrived to explain everything and answer any questions. He made himself available by txt if we had any questions during our stay and once we left reached out to thank us and ask about our vacation. Overall a 5-star experience! Can't wait to book 105 Vaughn Ct again next summer!

Beautiful House, Great Location

This is a beautifully decorate house with nice amenities and plenty of room. The furniture and beds are very comfortable and the place just invites relaxation. The location can't be beat with big water views and plenty of sitting areas outside to enjoy them. The owner has taken great care and making sure every need is met and is very nice to communicate with. I highly recommend this house!

We stayed here for Clemson family weekend. It was a beautiful and relaxing home with amazing views. We loved the pizza oven and sitting around the fire pit. The house was immaculate. We highly recommend it and hope to stay here again. Loved it!

The views were great and the owner several water toys like tube, paddle boards, and floats. The beds were very comfortable. Communication with Rob was easy and he was very responsive. We would definitely book this house again if we come back to the lake.

This house is AMAZING!! The views are breathtakingly gorgeous. The house has everything you need to use during your stay. It’s works perfectly for a large family or for multiple families or even a couples retreat. The owner was easy to work with. We will definitely be back!!

After traveling to many lakes around Georgia, North and South Carolina over the last few years with my wife and 4 kids, we stayed on Lake Keowee last year, and fell in love with the lake and the surrounding area. We both grew up and live in South Florida and love the change of scenery. We loved it so much that we decided to purchase this beautiful property for my family to come up when we can and use it. We also wanted to have it available to other families that want to experience this amazing property and location. We put a ton of our time and energy into making this home an amazing property for all families to enjoy. We hope you will enjoy this amazing home and make it your own while you enjoy your stay!

There are not many short term rental communities that surround Lake Keowee. This particular location is a hidden gem. It is on the north side of the lake where you are close enough to town for shopping and far away enough to enjoy the Lake and Mountain View.

What makes this property so attractive is the actual location of the property. When you walk up to the front door of the home and look straight out the glass to the back of the house, you feel like the lake is right under your feet. You have a huge wide body of water right in your back yard with amazing Mountain views to enjoy. There is a little island that you can kayak or paddle board to right off the dock that makes this location very unique. If you rent or bring your boat or jet skis you can take a quick 2 minute ride to the marina to gas up or go 3 minutes just north of the property to the rock waterfall that is a popular destination.
