Miramar 8 Gorgeous views with kayaks, pool, pier, palapa, & more!

This 3 bedroom/2.5 bath 2880 square foot condo is in a beautiful, small beachfront complex just south of San Pedro on Ambergris Caye. You'll have a fabulous view of the sea from the large veranda — enjoy coffee, drinks & meals while gazing at the Caribbean!

Miramar Villa #8 is on the second floor (no elevator) and has a spacious open plan kitchen/living area including dining area with large table. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need including a dishwasher. The wrap-around covered veranda has an area for dining as well as furniture for relaxing; many guests have found spending time here to be the highlight of their stay!

The main bedroom has a king bed, en suite bath, and veranda access. The second bedroom has a queen (& private sink/vanity) and the third bedroom has two bunk beds, each with a queen on the bottom & a single on the top; these two bedrooms share a Jack & Jill full bath and are towards the back of the condo. There is also a half bath off the entry hall, plus 2 futons in the living room if needed for extra sleeping spots. The washer & dryer are just outside the front door (& for exclusive use of this unit).

Wifi, cable, AC & a grill are just a few of the other great amenities you’ll enjoy.

Miramar Villas are located 2.5 miles/4 km south of San Pedro’s town core, which means you are away from the crowds yet still within easy reach of everything. In the neighborhood we have:

--Suya Tour operator (2 minute walk)
--Marin’s, a small grocery store (3 minute walk)
--A couple of good restaurants (2-15 minute walk)

And there are more shopping, restaurant & entertainment options on the way to & in town, which is not far away!

The Belize Barrier Reef, the longest in the western hemisphere, is very close to shore making the area ideal for scuba diving, snorkeling and fishing; other water sports are also popular!

It's easy to take a day trip to the mainland to visit Maya sites such as Altun Ha and Lamanai; or to observe some of the 500 species of birds found in Belize and/or catch a glimpse of monkeys, manatees and crocodiles in the wild!

An onsite staff person will meet you for check-in & to provide you with a key; we will need to know your island arrival plans (& would be happy to help with the logistics!) in advance in order to facilitate this.

Beautiful place, everyone was very friendly. Great communication between owner and workers. We had a pack n play set up for us upon arrival and someone was there to great us and review the area and answer questions. Beautiful view, very relaxing! Would definitely recommend.

Miramar Villas

This is a large and spacious condo. Extremely clean and organized. The management company was so easy to communicate with and Barbara gave us so much extra information to help make our time on the island amazing! She was there to guide us and gave us excellent references. She answered every question was always available and prompt at responding to emails. I highly recommend booking with them!!

Accommodating, Informative, Supportive, and Welcoming!

Planned a group trip for seven friends and from the jump the team at Miramar was nothing short of exceptional throughout the entire process! Barbara offered much guidance and assistance throughout the trip planning and preparation process, dropping heaps of knowledge and guidance at every step of the way! Very knowledgeable about the area, how to make travel more comfortable for all involved, and smoothly transition from the time we landed at BZE to the time we were wheels up on our way back home! I’ll definitely consider working with this team on future visits to the area and strongly suggest if the opportunity presents itself, that you do the same for your trip!

Wonderful accommodations and service

What a fabulous place! The condo was great, especially the view from the porch. The beds were comfortable, and the hammock was a big plus. We spent a lot of time on the porch enjoying the view and the warm weather. The kitchen was well stocked, including dishwasher soap, sponges, paper towels, etc. Barb, our host, was wonderful. She made the trip planning so easy, by sending all kinds of helpful information ahead of time, including contacts for tour operators for snorkeling and fishing, golf cart rentals and cab drivers. Also sending us the link and info for the Belize digital arrival/departure form and helping us reserve our Tropic air flight. The property management was very quick to fix a minor problem with the kitchen faucet. The location is within walking distance to the Hula Bar, which was a big hit. We will definitely come back!

1st belize trip

MIRAMAR #8 was very nice. Location was quiet and had access for walking beach. Pier was nice for being pucked up by Island divers (not all dive shops will pick up there) and Caesar did a great job keeping pool crystal clear. All amenities used worked fine. There was a long wait for Carlos (wife) to pick us up at airport as well as 2 others who came later (we ended up picking them)up by golf cart). The 2 return trips to airport with carlos were on time. C&S golf carts were older but did fine thru out the week. Communication and quick email responses from Barbara Smalley made prepping for the trip easy.

I've lived most of my life in the U.S. but have also lived for a couple of months to up to two years in different countries: Germany, Spain, Australia, Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico & Belize. Since 2011 I've been living a somewhat nomadic lifestyle while exploring, working & volunteering in new & old places -- it's a great way to keep learning!

I started helping with vacation rentals in Colombia in 2012 while teaching English in Cartagena, and in 2013 that grew to also working with vacation rentals in Belize. Since then I have helped 3000+ people with their dream vacations in Belize — visiting Maya ruins, snorkeling/diving the barrier reef, boating on or flying over the Caribbean, kicking back in a hammock, gazing at unBeliezable views with an umbrella drink in hand….it’s all there waiting for you.
