Come and experience heaven on earth at this new beachfront condo! Recently renovated, this gorgeous home away from home is in Caribe Island, a quiet upscale residential area with the beach just a few steps away! Local restaurants are each one block away from this condo while a local market is less than half a block away. Make use of our concierge to book special sailing tours and snorkeling tours to various parts of the island and surrounding waters, we also provide other services like renting golf carts or bikes and provisioning services. The neighborhood is extremely safe and quiet - perfect for families and groups looking for a breezy place to stay. You are only a short golf cart drive away from downtown.

This exquisite home away from home has stunning views of the Belize Barrier Reef, the largest living coral reef in the world, from both balconies. The colorful main living space has an inviting living/dining/ kitchen area. Spread out on the sofa and read a favorite book or watch something entertaining on the TV with cable. The beachfront balcony is a great spot to unwind, take in the views, and simply enjoy the refreshing breeze. Prepare delicious meals and treats for everyone in the well-equipped kitchen, furnished with all new appliances. The unit is on both the second and third floor of the beachfront building. The first bedroom is on the second floor while the two additional bedrooms that share a furnished beachfront balcony are on the third floor.

In addition, when you book this marvelous two-story condo you are also granted access to resort amenities, including a sparkling outdoor pool, a dock, outdoor dining areas, a BBQ area with charcoal grills, and a gazebo.

We had a great time in San Pedro staying at this condo. It is in a good location being close to town but not in a busy area. the property was clean and we really enjoyed the pool, palapa and nearby resturants.

Easy 5 star 3 bedroom rental! The view from the porch is amazing and the breeze was warm and never ending! There are plenty of places to eat and a market an easy 5 min walk. The layout of the apartment is nice with one bedroom downstairs and 2 upstairs with another balcony. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay.

Enjoyed our stay at Caribe Island Resort. Clean. Quiet. Nice place to relax. Perfect location… advice, don’t stay in the heart of San Pedro. They made everything easy. Staff was responsive to questions while we were there.

Amazing beach vacation

Our family had the best time! The condo is super clean and well taken care of. We had plenty of space, and the views are beautiful! We enjoyed the use of the kayaks every day. We definitely recommend this property and would return.

Paradise!

This place was clean, well-stocked with everything you need in a home-away-from-home and offered an incredible place to stay while in Ambergris Caye. Located south of San Pedro, it's in a quiet area within walking distance of a local market and restaurants. The grounds are well maintained, and the kids loved the pool. 5-star experience all the way! Lourdes was extremely helpful in planning our entire stay.

Near perfect stay but..a few improvements are needed!

Pros: Appreciate the resources and household supplies given; very thoughtful and helpful! Overall beautiful property for a relaxing stay by the beach. Would recommend to others. Cons: There needs to be a map in the entrance of the property so you can easily find your suite. It was super confusing finding our suite especially at night. The lock box did not close it needs to be fixed. Also the door knob is loose and needs to be retightened. It was a little dusty too.

We apologize for the confusion you experienced in finding your suite, especially at night. While a map of the property is available upon request through our concierge, we understand how helpful it would be to have it readily accessible at the entrance. Regarding the lockbox and door knob, we are glad to inform you that the knob has been fixed, and the lockbox is functioning properly. Additionally, we are aware of the Wi-Fi issues in the upstairs bedroom and are actively looking for a booster to enhance connectivity. The lock has also been replaced today to ensure a secure experience for our guests. We hope to welcome you back for another great stay in the future.

Great place to stay

This condo was very clean and well furnished. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. The appliances were nice and worked well. The furniture was clean and comfortable. My only complaint would be the availability of more bath towels, but it could have just been an oversight. Response from management was quick and they were so helpful. We dealt with multiple island wide blackouts and they were so helpful with information on how to handle things. The grounds were very well kept, including the pool. There were floaties, games, hammocks, bbq’s and lounge chairs as well as a nice dock with a bench to watch the incredible sunrises. This is a smaller complex in a quiet part of town. Not once did we ever smell the notorious seaweed that is common on the island. The beach was kept really clean. You will definitely need a golf cart. But you should get one not matter what so that you can experience the whole island. I really can’t recommend this place enough and I would definitely stay again.
