Relaxing Ocean Front with Stunning Views - Unit 4

The perfect place for your family and friends to enjoy. This condo is located on the North side of the island - less than 2 miles from the airport. It is close enough to town for convenience but far enough away to be removed from noise and congestion. There is air conditioning throughout or you can open the sliding doors and let the ocean breeze during the day.

The unit has 2 bedrooms, each with king beds, along with a bonus room with a queen bed and sofa sleeper. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped to cook your favorite meals or hire a private local chef to enjoy our local dishes!

The 300 ft. pier allows for wildlife viewing including dolphins and sting rays. It’s also your pick up location for fishing and most snorkeling charters, along with diving and Mayan ruin excursions. Walk along the beach and cast to bonefish and tarpon.

The location is very close to a number of local dining options, with great restaurants only minutes away by beach or golf cart. Enjoy leisurely walks along the sea - nice pathways are open for walking both north and south along the waterfront. The Caribbean sunrises and sunsets are like a dream! The most beautiful we have seen!

As Advertised!

This was our 5th time vacationing in San Pedro and this was by far our best yet. The condo was amazing! I can’t say enough about this amazing property. The property manager (Lori) and her staff were always accessible and accommodating. The condo is located in a quiet area away from the noise of the town area of San Pedro. I highly recommend this property. We will definitely look at booking it again in the future.

Oceanaire Getaway

The condo and grounds were great. The condo was large and had everything we needed. Large patio and beautiful view of the ocean. Lori and Sam were very helpful. Pool was a great place to hang out. Great location, out of the busyness of San Pedro, yet plenty of restaurants near by. The only thing that would have made the stay better for us is if the beds were softer. They are very firm due to no box spring and plywood underneath the mattress.

Better than the pictures!

I’ve been to Belize approximately seven times, this by far as my favorite. The bonus room is a huge plus. The view is incredible. Location is quiet and very convenient to Tres cocos area, and not a far drive from secret Beach, about 20 min. The property manager is awesome and very responsive. We will be staying here again!

Family and Friends Vacation

We stayed in unit 4 and it was great. It had a 3rd bedroom and had two fold out beds. The space was large and comfortable. It had everything we needed. There was a lady named Maria who was usually onsite and very helpful. Before arriving I contacted Lori and she was so nice. Next door restaurant, Aji, was delicious. We went fishing and they prepared our catch for us. Also, a cute little bar infront of the complex, the owner was a great guy. We were glad we stayed in this location on the cay. San Pedro would have been too busy and noisy and further north is too far. The location was perfect, we would stay there again.

Wonderful stay!

The place is very spacious!! Balcony is amazing!! View is beautiful. Nice pool area! Host was great! The onsite staff were so sweet and helpful. Not one negative thing to say. About 15 min away from town. I would absolutely stay here again.

Amazing San Pedro Stay

Wow! We were so lucky to book this property for our family. It was the perfect place for our vacation to San Pedro. Plenty of space and a great location. It was an easy golf cart ride to town or out to Secret Beach. The service from Lori and Seleni was next level and made our stay perfect.

Amazing

We loved it here! The condo is large and beautiful. Loved the location and there are a lot of great food options close by. It’s easy to get back into San Pedro and to secret beach. Lori and Seleni are amazing and make traveling to San Pedro so incredibly easy. We would definitely recommend staying here and can’t wait to come back!

Oceanaire in January 2023

This condo was perfect for our recent trip to San Pedro Belize. It was very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The location was perfect as it was away from the busy city life, but easy to get everywhere we wanted to go on our golf cart. The pool and beach were one of the nicest on the island and we loved coming back after a day of touring the island and enjoying the beautiful views from our balcony. We went fishing and snorkeling a couple days with Josh from Hook Line and Sinker Adventures who keeps his boat right there on the dock. Aji restaurant and the Truck Stop were close by and both had great food. Lori and Seleni from the management company were very helpful and answered all of our questions. There was security on the grounds every night and we always felt safe. Make sure you wear bug spray. We came home with many bug bites and didn't realize we were getting bit until later. Other then that, we loved this spacious condo and the island of Belize and can't wait to go back!

Couldn’t have been better.

Amazing in all aspects. The location and property itself was just what we were looking for. We were just far enough out of town to escape the bustle but it was a quick trip in when we wanted to go. The unit itself was extremely comfortable and the view was fantastic. The groundskeeper and security guys were great and I can’t say enough about how awesome Lori and Seleni were in making sure all aspects of our trip went smoothly. It was truly like having our personal concierge. Highly recommended. We will be back!

Relaxing week in Belize!

We stayed here for a week in January 2022. We had a wonderful time and our condo was amazing. Lori and Seleni were wonderful hosts. Seleni greeted us at the airport with our golf cart and she took us to the condo. The condo was very clean and spacious. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony with the best ocean view. We loved the pool! Diego kept it so nice along with the property. We always felt very safe here, a security guard was on the property at night. We are scuba divers and were picked up and dropped off on the dock. We're planning to return this year and would definitely stay here again. Don't forget to bring bug spray! We carried it everywhere we went day and night.

We would have stayed forever!

When we booked this listing it had very few reviews so we knew we were taking a risk. However, Lori's efficiency, information and responsiveness gave us faith to book and gosh we are so glad we did!! The apartment was much more spacious than the photos and was sparkling clean. The view from the huge balcony looked like a postcard. We could never tire of it. Wifi was fast and reliable. We were able to work remotely without issue. The towels, linen and beds were of the highest quality. The location was perfect for us; a little out of town for peace and quiet when we wanted it. but only a short golf cart ride into the hustle and bustle of San Pedro. Secret beach is around 20 minutes away. The 24 hour security meant we always felt safe and looked after. We travel a lot and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this gorgeous place to anyone. It's an absolute gem!

Beautiful location, wonderful experience - will return

Quick trip to Ambergris Caye and wish I had made it longer! Amazing condo overlooking the pool and the Caribbean from the back porch. 2nd story felt safe and definitely made the morning coffees a great start to each day. The unit was in wonderful condition, all just a few minutes walk to restaurants on the beach or a 15 minute golf cart into town. While it was just me this trip, there's plenty of room and I plan to return with my family (could easily accommodate 4 adults and 1-2 kids).
