Everything was as described. The view from the back deck was great. Pool was a quick 2 min walk down the hill and was also clean and quiet. Lots of wonderful places to eat nearby. Tuckermans and moat were our favorite. Santa’s village is about an hour away- would stay here again.

Summer Mountain Family Fun

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and conveniently located. The view was unmatched and we appreciated the basic necessities that were provided such as toilet paper, garbage bags and other kitchen supplies. Our family loved the summer mountain activities (Diana’s Baths, Echo Lake and Mt. Cranmore.) The pool on site was a favorite afternoon activity for us. We highly recommend this condo!

Fantastic stay!

Lovely condo! Beautiful views! Peaceful, quiet setting.We had a blast! This condo is very well equipped, comfortable and everything was as described. We even saw a bear at the bottom of the hill while enjoying our morning coffee on the deck. Very exciting!We plan to rent here again. The owners manual had a lot of good information pertaining to hikes, restaurants and local spots to visit. Very well done.

Great place

Beautiful condo, an amazing location with such magnificent views. The place was similar to the photos at the website. Very cozy welcoming, clean and perfectly equipped, even with spices in the kitchen. The towels were a little bit small, might want to add some more or replace them with bigger ones . Frying pans need to be replaced, they are beyond their prime.

Absolute serenity

This condo has everything you'll need with all the comforts of home! Can't stress enough about the absolute beauty of the view!! So relaxing having coffee in the morning and viewing the sunsets! The mountain range is a lot closer than pictures show! Thank you Laura for letting us stay at you're beautiful home it was a pleasure! We will definitely be back!!!

Eagle Ridge condo

Wonderful stay. Finally got some good weather. Amazing views from the front deck. Everything was clean, and the kitchen was fully equiped to cook in. Be aware that many restaurants are closed Sunday, Monday, or Tuesdays, so just be aware you might need to cook in during your stay. Definately would stay there again.

Perfect!

We have stayed in several condos in Eagle Ridge, and this is by far the best! The condo is updated, clean, and has tons of amenities. The views of the mountains are spectacular. The deck is spacious and has great furniture to relax and enjoy the outdoors. The community pool was a great way to unwind after a long day of hiking or exploring Santa’s village. We hope to stay again next summer!

Wonderful place but a few concerns

Overall the rental was great, beautiful views, close to great hikes, very clean and the owner communication was great. But the listing could be improved. The AC unit is huge, very loud, and in the middle of the dining room. It could not keep up on the hot days. It took only a few degrees off, running full blast all day and night. Did not cool the bedrooms. While the views were amazing, you have to shut all the blinds to run the AC. There were many small things that individually were no big deal (screen door broken, laundry closet door kept coming off the track, master toilet required frequent plunging to flush) but collectively combined with the loud AC, made me feel like I had overpaid peak rates. I would not book this rental at the high price point with the long list of fees/taxes etc again. Just be aware if your booking.

Great condo for a ski weekend - super clean and would stay there again next time we head north! 10(ish) minutes from mountains and downtown North Conway area.

Our stay at the Hobby House

Our stay was exactly what we were looking for. The house is cute, comfy and accommodating All we needed was food and clothes because everything else you need was supplied. The host is super accommodating and amazing. We will definitely be back!!!
