Situated in The Mar Vista Grande, a Four Diamond, AAA rated property. This gorgeous unit features 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, with private master suite and elegant master bath. ALL NEW MATTRESSES! Master bedroom includes oceanfront views and balcony access. Master bath features double sinks, granite counter top, walk-in ceramic tiled shower with seat, whirlpool tub, linen closet, walk in closet with built ins, crown moldings and more. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with granite breakfast bar, seating, all appliances and full size stacked washer/dryer. Living room features a large sectional for relaxing while over looking the direct oceanfront. In addition the living room features a large flat screen TV, cable and wireless internet. The two additional bedrooms are large and include one King bed in guest bedroom 1 and two queens beds in guest bedroom 2. Enjoy the views from the spacious balcony and cozy patio furnishings.

Location is excellent!

Property and location were very good and up to date! Easily accommodated our party of 6 adults. Fantastic views and proximity to beach and pools. We cooked in a lot and found the cookware to be insufficient (not enough of it ie only one skillet). Also we sure would have appreciated the use of some beach chairs. Otherwise, very good stay!

Excellent stay

Large and clean condo that had plenty of room for 3 couples. We got much use of the large balcony, pool and beach. Everything worked perfectly and the unit was clean when we arrived.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

As you know there are a number of ways to reserve units at The Mar Vista Grande.
Unlike the management companies on site or locally, the cleaning people I use are paid the entire amount of the cleaning fee. I do not skim off the top like the other companies. This ensures exceptional cleaning and condition of the unit.

Having fewer units to rent and maintain gives me the opportunity to give my clients the highest level of customer service. No dirty carpeting, or ceramic tiled floor or mildew in the showers etc.. I guarantee a clean unit. I am on call 24 hours a day and 7 days a week for any issues that may arrive during your stay. I am more interested in repeat customers then just renting the units at any cost.
