Mar Vista Grande North Myrtle Beach`s premier ocean-front resort. You will sense the distinct luxury of this condo as soon as you approach it`s semi-private entrance and vestibule. An atmosphere of soothing relaxation that is both contemporary and classic. Tinted, sliding glass doors in the living room and master bedroom emphasize the unique views from this condo while letting in the bright light during the day and the setting sun and stars in the evening.
Entire property is smoke free. The HOA has a zero tolerance policy.

Motorcycles and trailers are not permitted on the property.

Minimum age for rental is 25 years of age.

Code to the parking garage and building will be supplied to you via email 4 days prior to arrival. Parking in the garage is limited to the 2nd through 4th level. Only high top vehicles that cannot make it up the ramp to the 2nd level are permitted on the ground level. Anyone parking on ground level not in a high top vehicle is subject to be fined and/or towed by the HOA.

Pets are not permitted.

Prefect Way to Visit Myrtle

My family and I have been wanting to get back to Myrtle for a while. This condo was everything we needed and wanted. The rooms were far enough away for everyone to feel like they had their own space. The indoor and outdoor pool was amazing, but the kid’s favorite was the lazy river. We will definitely rent again.

This condo is beautiful. Right on the beach. Very well supplied with kitchen essentials. The balcony is glorious! Easy access to the beach and restaurants. Very clean. Beds are comfortable. Quiet building. Good security. Ample parking. Owners were responsive and timely with all communication.

Fabulous condo! We've been staying at the Mar Vista for many years and this is the nicest, most well appointed one by far. It's as if the owners actually thought about what people really need on vacation....lots of storage/dresser drawer space, a nice coffee bar area, large washer/dryer, comfortable but stylish furniture, big fluffy towels, blackout curtains, plenty of cookware/utensils, charging cords available for various devices, and above all, an immaculately clean condo that smelled incredibly fresh when we walked in! Owners welcomed us with a nice personalized sign in the kitchen, and provided great communication, even letting us know the condo was ready much earlier than usual check-in time. Will definitely stay here again if it's available! It's a beautiful condo! (My only suggestion is it would be nice to have queen beds rather than full beds in the back room.)
