Chateau by the Sea is sought after given its ideal location. You are right next to the Cocoa Beach Pier which is home to surfing, volleyball, fishing, restaurants and the Tiki Bar. Chateau by the Sea is a short walk to Ron Jon's Surf Shop, a short drive to Kennedy Space Center and only 45 minutes from all Orlando has to offer including Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World and the Orlando Premium Outlets.

Great view, right on the beach!

Spacious, well-kept property right on the beach. Balcony view was gorgeous overlooking the ocean and beach. Very pleased. Gave a 4 star rating for cleanliness because there was mold in the second bathroom on the ceiling and around the towel hook. Otherwise, very clean. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay

We looked at many places in Cocoa Beach. We decided to try the spot. We had a lovely time in the condo. The kids had fun at the beach the pier and the pool there are plenty of places to walk to to eat as well as some really good restaurants around.

Great little place tonget away in the Space coast. Fantastic communications with property manager as needed and prompt support. Would recommend and would visit again.

Best place to stay in cocoa beach

The unit was spotless pool was clean and the u it was fully equipped with everything you would need. The beach is less than a minute walk. I am looking forward to booking again here.

Alice of heaven by the pier!

We loved ending our Disney trip with a 4 night stay at Cocoa Beach! The place is exactly as it appears in pictures! Walking distance to pool, beach, beach volleyball courts and pier! The place is very meticulously manicured and well kept. It felt safe as well for our kids and we enjoyed being able to walk to dinner on the pier. We would recommend this location to anyone traveling with or without children. There were quite a bit of teenagers around this location.

Awesome Vacation Spot

Condo was exceptionally clean and well stocked. Beds very comfortable. Beach during the day and could walk to restaurants and bars at night. One of the nicest condos we have stayed in over the last 20yrs of coming to Cocoa Beach area. Definitely will be back!

Beautiful Condo!

This is an extremely clean and tastefully decorated condo. It is located next to the pier where there is no fishing- just surfers. We loved the condo and the location- would highly recommend!!!

Terrific location

A lovely condo. Not elaborately decorated, but it has everything we needed. Great location and we loved the view from our balcony: the beautiful beach and tide coming in and out. Plus picturesque sunrises. Only suggestion: have instruction available of appliances and particularly the TV!

The room was newly renovated. Clean and comfortable. Walking distance to the pier and many restaurants. View of the ocean was great. The best feature was the roof top deck. We often dances under the stars after dinner! Would definitely return

Great surf location

If you want to surf this location cannot be beat. You can watch the surfing from the balcony, rocket launches from the roof and you can step out to the beach to surf or play beach volleyball. This condo could be improved by the addition of cotton sheets (rather than polyester) and some simple games/puzzles or books/magazine for rainy day activities.

5 Star Condo

Had a fantastic stay at Chateau By the Sea! Perfect location. Enjoyed the beach during the day and walked to restaurants in the evening. Condo was exceptionally clean and very well stocked. Stay in Cocoa Beach was very professional and answered questions quickly. We have rented alot of condos in Cocoa Beach over last 20 yrs and this was our favorite! Definitely will be back!
