Fun, sun, and good times, this vacation paradise is waiting for you. Sit back a relax on the covered upstairs front deck and enjoy the SWFL's gorgeous sunsets and cool coastal breezes. Walk into a spacious open-concept living/kitchen area surrounded by windows letting in tons of natural light and views of the surrounding tropical palms. Stunning finishing throughout, a kitchen that has everything you need, and impeccably decorated. This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and sleeps 8 with a pullout queen sofa. A fenced-in pool with ample privacy and a secluded front and backyard. A large pool deck and covered area that's great for entertaining and from brunch to BBQs. This is the perfect oasis to create long-lasting memories for a lifetime. Each bedroom offers room darkening curtains to enjoy sleeping in.

This property accommodates parking for a maximum of 2 vehicles.

Our homes are not inventoried or stocked with beach gear or baby items; however, previous guests sometimes leave these behind. If you're considering renting such items, we recommend checking the property upon arrival for any available gear.

Additionally, while all bed configurations and room details are accurate, furniture and décor may vary slightly from what is shown in photos.

This property allows one dog 35lbs and under with a $150 non refundable pet fee.

This beach house was everything I wanted for the 4 day get away. The home had everything we needed and organized. All the light switches were labeled and the entire home was spotless. The beach access was a very short walk from the house and they had limited parking for 5 an hour. I'm excited to see what the future holds for Fort Myers Beach since there is a lot of work being done since Hurricane Ian. Great job by Coastal Vacation Properties.

Great property and stay

Great location, just under a mile to downtown square. Property was great, landscaping very pretty. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Interior and builder exterior modern and nice. Blue led lights on the front stairs & balcony at night are a nice touch. Pool was awesome! Bunch of inflatables and beach stuff in storage unit on first level. One umbrella and a couple chairs so you may have to rent more when you go to the beach. Property management company was very quick to respond to the few small issues we encountered. A lot of remotes in the property so using TVs takes some time. Don't forgot the small white remote in the living room, you'll need it to work the outside fan even if the switch labeled 'outdoor fan' is turned on. Street was pretty quiet. One rental family came in and started playing music extremely loud. Local residents immediately called the sheriff and music went off. Don't worry if you have renters around you causing issues, the local will take care of it right away! Small recommendation to bring some dishwashing pods with you, they only provide a couple and you'll probably not want to buy a whole box of them on vacation. Two coffee makers, drip and Keurig. Drip maker doesn't work great, suggest you buy Keurig pods if you drink coffee. Don't forget bug spray!

Outstanding property!

Fantastic property that has everything you could need for a great vacation week in terms of amenities. Pool and backyard is fantastic. Property was very clean, and the beach was a short 5 minute walk. Friendly neighbors to boot. I would give this place a 20 out of 10!

Relaxing Island Getaway

This condo had everything we needed for a relaxing week getaway in FMB. The kitchen was well stocked with dinnerware, there was an abundance of towels for the bathrooms and the enclosed pool area was perfect for dinners by the grill. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay!

We loved this house! It was very clean and welcoming. The owner provided everything we needed for our stay. The house is in a great location and the pool was awesome! We would definitely recommend this house and would love to stay there again!

This is a beautiful property to stay. It has a heated pool and large deck area to hang out and grill. Great when you need to get out of the afternoon sun. It is a short walk to the beach. Great location to vacation.

Great Beach Getaway

We appreciated the room this unit provided for our family of 4. The private pool was also a hit. We purchased some additional beach gear, but there was several things in the shed that we used. We probably could have gotten away with using what was at the unit, but the fee was nominal, so it was a nice backup to have. It's a quick 5-10 minute walk to the beach. Ft. Myers Beach is still decimated from Hurricane Ian. Not much is open on the island, but we didn't struggle to find restaurants to eat at.

Perfect family house

We enjoyed the stay very much. Everthing is as described in the adverdisement. The pool with patio is great and also the balcony at entrance was very nice. You need just 3-4 minutes to the beach by feet. At the house were a lot of beach stuff. Thanks.

We came to support the community. Having a pool was key.The property was lovely. The area is devastated,.we were impacted by Sandy ,so we know how important it is to show support to the locals. Having said that, a few more basics are needed. Dish detergent, dishwasher detergent,toilet paper,paper towels. The property manager was very responsive. We would love to come back!

Beach house

Great location, quick walk down the street to the beach. Park directly in the driveway to the home. Small little beach town vibes everywhere you go. Publix(grocery store) is about a mile away. The home itself is very clean and well kept, seems to be new construction. Did wish there were some basic condiments that can be used to cook but seems like they don't leave those out on purpose. Pots, pans and baking dishes are available. Would stay again. Family and kids had a great time
