Wonderful space

Well this is the second time to this great condo. You will not be disappointed. The views from the 6th floor are epic. Looking straight out at the ocean watching the surfers, dolphins, cruise ships, whales, sun rise & sets or just watching the world go by with your coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. Very tranquil. The Jacuzzi tub in the bedroom offers wonderful ocean view as well with the floor to ceiling window. Also we felt very safe with the guards 24/7. You will love this condo. Cheers

Lack of coordination and communication

Renter did not coordinate our arrival and check in. Had to find a location with wifi and purchase an unwanted meal to communicate with renter to help us get in. Then waited at gate for an hour before guard helped us after feeling bad we were left without a place. After getting in condo , refrigerator did not work. Food went bad and we had to spend a part of our afternoon waiting for repairman who could only partially fix it. Our 2 other guest could not cone and stay with us and had to rent another place because no other guest were listed to come. Place is beautiful, renter is ridiculous. We love this place and have been coming here for years and plan to continue enjoying club marena. Place is awesome but if there is another place available I suggest you pass on this guy

Chill Time

We had another great time and really enjoyed the condo once again. The gentle breezes and ocean sounds are very soothing. The view never gets old. We had some nice walks on the beach at low tide. The kitchen upgrades are awesome.

Wonderful stay at Club Marena

We've stayed at number of properties in the area and I think was the best. Really well kept grounds with access down to the beach and a nice pool area. There is a shallow pool, great for young kids who can't swim yet right next to the main pool. The condo itself was beautiful with outstanding views across the bay and a lot of space in all rooms. It has a gas grill on the balcony. The owner was very responsive to our requests. When you arrive, make sure you have a paper printout of the contract. Otherwise, you will have to go find a printer somewhere. I say that from experience. A few tips on local places: Bettucinis Fuego coffee shop just north Happy hour is a friendly bar restaurant a few miles south

Most beautiful view!!

The condo was beautiful and I could describe the view but word’s wouldn’t do it justice, just beautiful to wake up to every morning. Stuart was great to work with And was prompt to respond. I would highly recommend!!

Like others have said, the photos dont do this condo justice. It was incredible! The master bedroom exceeded expectations and the view from the second bedroom is incredible! We love club marena and we loved all 9 days at this beautiful condo!

Fun, Sun and Just Chilling

We had a great time at Club Marena. The unit was very clean with a well supplied kitchen for cooking on your own. There are great views of the bay at K-38. The breezes coming through the condo were cool and relaxing. The sound of the ocean was very soothing. We will be back.

Clean and beautiful property

The photos in the property listing really do not do it justice. It is exceptional. We have stayed at Club Marena multiple times at various units. While not the biggest, this one was the nicest. Cleanliness, quality of fixtures, decor, view and location were all excellent. Had a wonderful time with absolutely no issues.

Perfect beach getaway.

Club Marena was such an excellent choice for an extended weekend getaway. The views were breathtaking, the sound of the waves crashing lulled us to sleep and the heated pool was essential. The condo was spotless, with everything you needed; just bring your own food and your ready to go! Would love to come back again!

Nice condo. Spacious and clean. Awesome view!!!

My family of 3 stayed here for 10 days. Very nice and spacious place. Awesome view from the master bedroom and living room with balcony. WiFi works great. Happy with the place and the communication with the property management. We felt safe knowing that it's gated and there's 24/7 security, I only give 4 stars because of the parking, the swimming pool and the gym. The underground parking is a little tight for our pickup truck so we ended up parking at the visitors parking space. There's not a lot of spaces so it gets full most of the time and we would ended up at the dirt where construction workers parked. There's two swimming pools. If you are a short term renter, you're only allowed to use one of them ( it is not as nice and clean as the one for owners/long term renters). We decided not to use it. The gym...don't bother. I also think this area is good if you like to surf. I like the beach so we ended up going to Rosarito beach a couple of times. Summary: Nice and spacious condo with awesome view! Good communications with the property management and owner. Great area for surfers. Parking, swimming pool, and gym are not that great.

Wonderful Condo

We have stayed at Club Marena many times. This condo is the best by far. Well stocked, clean, spacious, great art work through out and fabulous views. Also the balcony in the back gives you a full view of the sun set every night. The Jacuzzi tub in the master bath was amazing. Sitting in the tub, candles flickering listing to the surf well what can I say. Floor to ceiling windows let you see for miles. The sound of the surf just takes all the stress away. We also saw a number of whales heading north. We will be back!

Exceeded Expectations

The pictures do not do the rental justice, the layout is open, bright and huge and the view is amazing. My girlfriend and I were blown away by the view and size of the place. Going to sleep and waking up to the sound and sight of the surf is just awesome, and being able to surf uncrowded waves is great. The amenities were well maintained as were the grounds, and the personnel for Club Marena were friendly and helpful. The development is centrally located so it was an easy drive to go horseback riding, wine tasting, or visit local restaurants and bars. It was nice, secure, and a great base of operations for outings or just relaxing. The only downside, which is not a ding against the rental or Club Marena, was a misunderstanding involving a driver who we thought was employed by the development demanding $40 after driving us to dinner and on an errand. Communicated before the fact, this would have been fine, and we may have used an alternative, but afterwards it came across as demanding and awkward. Didn't help that the security guard immediately sided with the driver. We definitely plan on returning, hopefully in the near future.

Beautiful view!

I have stayed in 1 other property in Club Marena, and this is my favorite unit so far! The floor plan is well laid out, so the master bedroom is on the opposite side of the unit compared to the guest room. The view on the master bedroom is breathtaking! You can watch the surfers from your room, as well as the balcony. The kitchen is well stocked, so we were able to cook meals during our stay. The beds in both rooms are comfortable. The owner/property manager communicated with us promptly. The wifi works as well, so if you need reliable internet, you don't have to worry. I will definitely come back!

Above and beyond

As someone else mentioned on here the photos don't do this rental justice. Fantastic views of the bay at k38, and all the amenities one would need. The master suite is fantastic with a HUGE window looking out into the water, and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything and anything you would need to cook with. Great grill on the balcony, and steps away from some of the best surf in Baja. Will definitely be staying here again!

Amazing Vacation

My wife and I and 2 daughters spent 3 wonderful nights in this property. This place is definitely "as advertised". The condo is extremely clean and well stocked with all the amenities required for a nice long vacation, it is situated on the 6th floor of the Las Brisas building with some of the most beautiful views of the Pacific my family and I have ever enjoyed. I highly recommend that if you are looking for a beautiful condo with great views in the Rosarito Beach area, this property is a must rental, we will definitely rent this property again in the near future.

Amazing location with a beautiful view!!!

The condo was very beautiful and clean. We cooked the first night on the grill and the kitchen had everything we needed and more. Also, there were a lot of board games and satellite tv plus wifi. The beds were so comfortable. I was most impressed with the view from our balcony. Every morning you could see all the surfers walking down to the famous K-38 surf spot. The pool and spa were prefect as well. The property has security and assigned parking which worked out great. I would highly recommend this property and plan on coming back again soon.

Club Marena Las Brisas

We were looking for a private place to just relax and enjoy our time away without the hustle and bustle of a more touristy stay. Club Marena has excellent, clean facilities, the staff were excellent and the other residents and renters were friendly. We enjoyed watching the surfers every day from the nice 6th floor deck (which has a built in bbq!). The grounds, pool, hot tub and other amenities all were clean and enjoyable. There is a private beach if you want to enjoy the sand, do some shell hunting, etc. This condo is amazing with it's beautiful views, Mexican decor and lots of room to stretch out and relax. Both bedrooms have en-suites. The kitchen is fully equipped and very user friendly with a gas cook top, dishwasher and RO water. There are many good restaurants all up and down the free road from Puerto Nuevo to Rosarito for those nights you don't want to cook, or just want to enjoy some Mexican Cuisine. If you're looking for a beautiful, spacious condo to just relax with these amenities you can't go wrong here.

Beautiful Views and Good Location

Nice condo but because the owner lacks hospitality skills it only gets 2 stars from us. Use of car was promised and it wasnt until after we arrived we were told we had to share it with another party. Hot water heater pilot went out on the last day so we had to take cold showers because maintenance person did not show up for 3 hours. It should have been a red flag that there were no previous reviews. We had a really good time and will definitely go back for a visit but we will look for another owner to do business with.
