Relaxing Beach Side House
Enjoy surfing, swimming and walks along a safe and child friendly beach located within meters of the front door.
The house has two bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed and the second has a king single bed with a pull out trundler. Warm and sunny open plan living with a heat pump/air conditioner and its own private deck surrounded by garden and trees.
Within minutes to Porirua CBD, including Pataka museum, local cafes and more.
Wellington CBD and the cook straight ferry is only a short 25 minute car ride away or the bus stop is right out front!
Property located behind owners main house and comes with its own off street carpark.
Check in time can be negotiated.

Great bay location

Everything we wanted for our visit
We stayed for three weeks while visiting family nearby. The house was comfortable, quiet and had everything we needed. It is ideally placed, right near the beach and within easy reach of Porirua and surrounding area.
