Recently renovated, very sunny and warm two bedroom townhouse situated in St Kilda Dunedin.
Only ten minute walk to cafes/restaurants and Salt Water Pool in St Clair. Ideally situated between both St Kilda and St Clair beach, 15 minute walk to both.
At the end of the street is the ice-skating rink to entertain the kids.
Drive in easy access, flat section and garage available.
Main bedroom has queen bed, second has double bed. This property only sleeps four maximum.

Yes. The heating was a little difficult to figure how it worker. Once we were able to g gure it out,it was fine. The house was just as you advertised it. It is a sunny little gem located in very easyWalking distance to St. Clair and St. Kilda beaches andthe bus stop.

The flat was clean, with comfortable beds, well equiped and good heating to keep it warm. Off street parking on a quiet street, and an easy walk to St Kildas beach. Host communicated well and provided milk and biscuits, which was a nice touch after a long drive. Thank you

Great communication with the host. A well appointed place, very comfortable and in a quiet area close to the beach and cool little cafes. We really enjoyed our stay.

Terina was lovely to deal with, excellent communication and very quick to reply. The property was positioned nicely to capture the morning sun. Really nice bench seat to enjoy a meal at the table. The property had everything you need and more. Will definitely be back again.

Graduation weekend

Couldn't fault our stay. Needed somewhere that my elderly parents could manage without stairs and this was perfect. Very cosy and clean. Terina has truly thought of everything you may need for your stay. Thanks for making everything stressfree.

Kia orana Terina,We really enjoyed our short stay at your Book a bach.Comfy beds, sunny and everything you need. Thanks for the extras like some biccies and things to use in the cupboard.Highly recommend and close to the beach for a refreshing dip!

Lovely cosy cottage

Loved our time at the cottage. Cosy and homely. Our home away from home while were checking out Otago Uni for my daughter. Very comfortable and handy to town and the Uni. Would recommend.

Short trip to play golf in Dunedin

Tidy cosy property near to cafes and short walking distance to sea front. Good place to explore Dunedin. Would stay there again.

Nice 2 bedroom unit.

Lovely warm comfortable unit in handy position if you have a car. It is really well equipped & it was mostly very clean. The shower door handle & one of the towel rails need attention as they are loose. I would stay here again.
