This 1 bedroom unit on the 17th floor in the South Tower is sure to charm! With comfort and essentials in mind, this ocean front unit has miles of breathtaking views - professionally managed by Sunlit Vacation Rentals!

This unit was recently remodeled with all new painted walls, new ceiling fans, a new bathroom vanity, and a new light fixture in the kitchen. The walk-in shower offers a ceiling mounted waterfall shower head and a handheld as well.

Bedding Includes:
2 full sized beds and the living room sofa opens into a queen sleeper to maximize occupancy.
There is a full kitchen with all kitchen items offers including both a keurig and regular drip coffee maker for those perfect balcony sun rises.
Every detail has been brought up to the highest level for your enjoyment! The unit also has its own front end loading washer and dryer. The living room and bedroom features a flatscreen TV for winding down after a long day of fun in the sun.

The Boardwalk, Ocean Center, and Seabreeze clubs you don`t need to go any where once your here. The amenities available to guests are amazing. From the massive ocean front heated pool, to the lazy river, to the hot tubs and kid splash and of course the beach, there will be plenty of ways for you to and your family to relax and enjoy the in the sun in style. The onsite Ocean Walk shoppes and restaurants are guaranteed to entertain. There is a movie theater when you are ready for a break from the sun, and so many restaurant options including Bubba Gump Shrimp and Sloppy Joe`s. Its truly a great place to make long lasting memories.

Perfect!

I had a great time staying in this condo. Although it was cloudy the whole week (hurricane week), I had an amazing view of Daytona Beach and the ocean. Everything that I needed was provided. The place was clean, from the floors, furniture, sheets, etc. Would definitely stay here again.

Very fun nice place to be

Resort was amazing kids loved every minute of it people was nice close to the pier and board walk . Few homeless people around on the walk way but they never bothered no one . Beach was kept clean as well

Winter respite

Great location which had been updated with walk in shower. Recommend hand safety bar in shower and bleach to eliminateMold. Needs one chair with arms for living area. Great deck furniture. Will return.

Upper class feel

Great upgraded condo compared to others i stayed at in this property. Excellent communication and any issues where addressed in a timely fashion.. My only grip which is I look forward to booking again

Good communication with the host. Easy check in. The unit was clean. Kitchen well equipped. Pictures and descriptions are accurate with the exception of no drapes in the bedroom (shutters). Whether intentional or not, soap and shampoo bottles were only partially filled although other 'starter packs' were provided for laundry, dishwasher, TP, etc. Free parking with direct access to the building. Resort has great location on beach within walking distance of boardwalk, shops and restaurants. Although there were no performances in winter, the bandshell is adjacent to the premises and would provide live entertainment in summer. There was some daily entertainment offered (the mini golf is laughable, the magician was typical and kid-centered, musicians provided relaxing and festive tunes). The lazy river was enjoyable. Note, however, only the north pool was 'temperature controlled.' Major complaint: Resort rules are not enforced (Kids diving. Kids in hot tubs. Smoking on balconies. Reserving lounge chairs). All in all a very nice and relaxing stay. IMO this unit/resort was a bit overpriced. On a scale of 10, I give it a 9. Four stars because for a 5, it would have to be 'perfect'.

Our experience at this Ocean Walk resort was nothing short of perfect! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking ocean views and the beautifully maintained property. The unit was spotless, spacious, and had all the comforts of home—plus a few extra perks like a private balcony to watch the sunrise each morning. The location is unbeatable—just steps from the beach and within walking distance to great restaurants, shops, and entertainment. The pool area was pristine and relaxing, and the staff on-site were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.Whether you're looking to unwind or explore everything Daytona has to offer, this is the perfect place. We’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious beachfront escape!

Process to book room was easy

Communicating with the property manager was easy. The staff on site was okay but seemed to be working to collect a paycheck instead of doing the job they were hired to do. Be friendlier, show compassion.

I appreciate you saying that the communication with me was easy. I try to give the guests the best possible experience. I wish I would have known that the staff wasn't 100% satisfactory, because I know the building management team and they are amazing. We could have addressed the issue immediately.

Was not happy with the cockroaches in the room, my wife wanted to leave the room but paid for 10 days so we couldn’t, contacted management and they brought in exterminator to spray room but still found another one so they had to come back and spray again, we only got 10% back and they left a bottle of wine and some chocolate, overall we were not happy with the stay.

We take concerns like this very seriously and always aim to respond quickly and effectively. When this was first reported, our team responded immediately (within a few minutes) and had a licensed pest control company at the unit within a very short time to inspect and treat. When the guest later reported additional activity, we again responded right away and arranged for a follow-up service to ensure the issue was fully addressed. As is sometimes the case following treatment, activity can temporarily increase as part of the process. The unit is on a regular pest control schedule (monthly), and we take proactive steps to maintain a clean and comfortable environment for our guests. This is not representative of the typical guest experience. We did provide compensation to help make up for the inconvenience. As mentioned in the review, we took it a step further and brought the guest a bottle of wine and chocolates as a friendly gesture. The guest appeared to be satisfied. Our team is always committed to resolving any concerns as quickly as possible. We encourage future guests to review our overall feedback, which reflects the level of care and responsiveness we strive to provide.
