is on the 4th floor of the Lodge at Property Manager - JUST STEPS TO MAMMOTH

MOUNTAIN! This spacious 1,550-square-foot condo boasts AMAZING unobstructed

views of the slopes at Mammoth Mountain's Canyon Lodge and Lincoln Mountain!

Your family and friends will LOVE the easy access to skiing, snowboarding, and

mountain biking at Mammoth Mountain, 3 spas/pool/sauna, and free bus, PLUS the

elevated guest benefits of an this Property Manager. Take the free (seasonal)

Village Gondola to the Village at Mammoth for your morning coffee or lunch. Or

relax in your home and brew your own coffee and cook meals with your friends

and family. This fully furnished, ELEVATOR-ACCESSIBLE condo features a full

kitchen, dining room, and living room, offering plenty of room to relax,

renew, and reconnect. Please note, the loft is a spacious, full-size room with

a full bath and is partially visually private with a half wall; however, it is

open and sound from kitchen and living room may be heard. The living room is

equipped with a 42" TV with HD cable and a DVD player. The master bedroom has

a private bathroom and wall mounted 32" TV with basic cable and a Cal king

bed. The second bedroom has a 32" TV with basic cable and a Cal king bed. The

open loft has a 60" smart TV, DVD player and a second table, perfect for card

or board games, a wet bar (not stocked), two twin beds and a full bath. (The

open loft is not visible from the lower level, but noise may be something to

consider.) You'll also enjoy 1 FREE underground parking spot, 2 FREE outdoor

parking spot*, FREE WiFi, FREE firewood (seasonal), and onsite ski and

snowboard rentals. Stay close, play close in unit 402! *Please note: cars

parked outside must be temporarily moved during snowstorms for snow removal.

The place was pretty dated 1) shag like carpet (even in the bathrooms), 2) needed the space heaters to heat the living room, 3) the frying pans were nonstick (but peeling), and 4) looked rather worn.
