Provides an escape to the country and a home away from home with all the welcoming space to relax and enjoy a glass of wine or a cuppa overlooking the beautiful Hunter Valley and Broken Back Mountains.
We have paid attention to little details from rain shower heads in all showers, bath tub tray across the bathtub to make it easy to chill out in the bath with a glass of wine and good read, coffee, tea and milk available, chilled water in the refrigerator upon arrival.
Fully maintained villa that can accomodate up to six people.
VILLA STEMMED can also be booked, which is in same complex with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen. Check to see about availability. Ask about other specials. Villa 755

We were a party of 4. We found Heather’s unit very comfortable wth everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We appreciated the well appointed and equipped kitchen, the lounge and balcony for our relaxation. We found the pool close by (albeit a little walk including a hill) as well as enjoying the pool further down in the resort. It was great to not have to travel far for drinks and a meal. We would stay again so highly recommend.

Excellent accommodation

This accommodation was perfect for our little family. Air conditioning in every room meant we stayed cosy and warm despite some very cold weather. Very clean and nicely furnished with beautiful views from the lounge and dining room.We only used the kitchen for breakfast but it appeared to be well equipped if you wanted to cook your own meals.Very convenient location close to the Hunter Valley Gardens and wineries.

Stemless villa

This villa was very clean and roomy. There was only 2 of us but it had everything we needed. It was close to where we wanted to go and the checkin process was easy and uncomplicated. We would stay there again.

Beautiful Stay

We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it! The place was clean and nice, with a lovely view, and well stocked kitchen. Great heaters in each room that worked well. Its a little bit of a walk downhill to the main reception/ restaurant but we managed with a couple of kids. We didn't mind being that little bit further away. Thankyou for having us!

Fantastic stay

Heather is a great host. She gave us clear guide how to access the apartment. The apartment is clean and provides everything we need. The view from the balcony is great. The weather was not good during our stay or the view should be even better. Thanks Heather we had a great stay and will be back again!

Good location. The apartment was very clean and came with nice view. The owner, Heather was very nice and so quick to respond. Highly recommend it.

Beware - I have stayed at Cyprus lakes many times in the villas and have always had access to the main facilities including the pools and gym. Unfortunately this apartment (just the downstairs part so not a villa and can hear constant stomping of feet from the apartment upstairs) does not have access to these facilities, including the shuttle bus. It does have access to a smaller pool however which is classed as private but is used by the public. We had driven up from Sydney and unpacked our cases and walked down to the main pool for a swim. The reception said we could not use that pool as Villa Stemless is privately owned (doesn't pay the strata fees) and not an Oaks owned property. We were upset so I rang the owner and she basically said if I didn't like it I could get a refund. I then got a communication that I could simply go home with my daughter (8 years old). Needless to say villa Stemless is not a villa and should not be advertise as part of Cyprus Lakes. In fact my friend stayed two villas down from us, paid less and had full access to all the facilities.
