We liked all the kitchen amenities. When arriving at night the stairs were dark so we had to use our phone flashlights, but we would definitely stay again.

Jacuzzi and fireplace were awesome !

Ron, the owner, was great, his dog Penny was a welcome surprise. The house was clean and absolutely a great deal for the money. We would stay again, for sure !

Peace and Quiet

Ron was a great host and easy to communicate with! We came out to Sterling for a quiet weekend to decompress and got the opportunity to walk around the neighborhood, read, and enjoy each other's company.

Clean!

Loved that this place had toys and a pack and play for littles. The outside does not have lightening and we arrived late. It was hard to see where we were supposed to go. We were also in the downstairs unit and the people above were heavy stepper so it was loud.

Private Creek side cabin

I was pleasantly surprised at the sound of running water from the creek outside our deck. Our living room and bedroom had a log cabin look with the chinking between logs. Very private, fully stocked with anything you might need. Very clean. Our unit also has a pullout bed in the couch. We were very pleased. The host was very nice. We did not see him in person. Vince

The owner was super nice to get the place clean and ready for us when he said he had no idea about the booked reservation. The place was very nice, spacious and clean! I only wish there was a regular stove and oven. Other than that, it was so great!

Small town, friendly owner, great for the dog, enough facilities to cook our meals. We stayed three weeks, drove all over southern Utah, had a great time.

Checked in with the owner who is the best host I've ever had. Absolutely the BEST!!! Room was comfy and private with a private deck, kitchen, bedroom and large living room area. Great access to the Arapeen Trail system. Not sure what EVOLVE charges. Rented the room for $75 per night. Stayed two nights would be $150. Is this the massive charges of EVOLVE??????

Nice place with a few down points. Furniture. Not comfortable. Everything from kitchen table chairs to sofa. Uncomfortable needing updates. Bed is a full size bed. Not a queen or a king but a full (double) Tv is for dvd's only but that didnt work either. Kitchen is very well appointed and nice..

sofa needs to be replaced with adding an additional chair or love seat. No television. The oddest thing..........the bedroom has a double bed. The bedroom is large and needs at least a queen size bed. The place is nice and owner has thought of children with toys and a crib in the closet. There is a space heater as the unit has no climate control of its own. This unit is under the owners residence with 3d unit to the side of his. It really is nice kitchen well appointed. Just needs furnishing updates for comfort.
