Casa Bonita is a charming Palm Springs vacation home tucked away on a quiet residential cul-de-sac. The property features absolutely stunning mountain views and a private, resort-style yard designed for relaxing and fun-filled getaways. Enjoy a sparkling pool and spa on one end of the yard and an outdoor dining pavilion with alfresco dining and a BBQ grill on the other. There’s also a life-size Connect 4—perfect for families and group gatherings—and the well-stocked chef’s kitchen makes meal prep a breeze. Gorgeous yet livable, Casa Bonita is the type of place where you can put your feet up and truly unwind. Beds: K, Q, F/T

OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
This home captures the magic of the Palm Springs indoor-outdoor lifestyle. The sprawling resort-style yard is very private and showcases gorgeous mountain views. On one end, the pool and spa are surrounded by lounge chairs ideal for soaking up the sun. On the other, the covered outdoor dining pavilion and BBQ grill make alfresco dinners effortless. The life-size Connect 4 adds a playful touch—perfect for family-friendly vacations and weekend fun in the Palm Springs sunshine.

** The pool will be heated upon request with an additional service fee. Please let us know if you'd like to heat the pool so we can ensure it is heated before your arrival. If you home has a spa or hot tub, heating the spa is included with your rental at no extra cost **

INDOOR LIVING SPACES
This fabulous vacation home has been perfectly space-planned for comfort and easy living. Walls of glass frame the private yard and fill the home with natural light. The open-concept kitchen, living, and dining areas flow seamlessly—ideal for spending time together. The chef’s kitchen is well-stocked and features upgraded stainless steel appliances, perfect for group cooking, holiday gatherings, or long-weekend getaways.

The home has been thoughtfully updated for the way we live today with high-speed internet, 4 flat-screen TVs, high-performance climate control, and a fully equipped kitchen.

** The term "Pets Allowed” or “Pets Accepted" at an ACME House Company vacation rental means that we welcome dogs only. No other pets are allowed. **

SLEEPING QUARTERS
Each bedroom features a hotel-quality mattress, flatscreen TV, and ample storage. The spacious primary suite includes a King bed, ensuite bathroom, and direct access to the yard. One guest room has a Queen bed, while the other includes a Full bed and a Twin bed. Both guest rooms share easy access to the hallway bathroom.

THE LOCATION
Casa Bonita is located in Oasis del Sol—an inviting, quiet neighborhood that’s close to town while still offering a peaceful residential feel. You’ll be just about 1.5 miles from Ruth Hardy Park, the Palm Springs Convention Center, the Casino, and the Uptown Design District. Restaurants, shopping, hiking, golf, and tennis are all nearby. Casa Bonita is ideal for guests who want to be close to the action without giving up the tranquility of a private Palm Springs retreat.

It was great! Perfect for girls' weekend. Great location. Clean. Exactly like pictures. Loved the pool! I would just advise for others to bring bug spray for the pool area. We'd definitely return.

Absolutely great place!

We stay in alot of rentals and this one was absolutely wonderful! It was clean, kitchen had plenty of cookware, the view from the front was so nice, all bedrooms well appointed, pool and hot tub was great and loved the backyard. The location was great as well. I highly recommend this place!

Great house

The house sits on a quiet cul de sac in a nice neighborhood. It’s near the airport so there is occasional noise but otherwise very peaceful. We really enjoyed the location and the house itself.

Idyllic property

House was great but best part was the yard - really sunny, nice privacy and incredible view. Location was also ideal. Access was seamless and communication with owners was warm and immediate. We’ll be back!

Wonderful Stay

All you could need for a comfortable few days in Palm Springs. House was clean but cement floors and outside deck could have used a scrub. ACME management company was responsive, as needed. Definitely recommend.

Great Property

This property was as advertised. Spotless clean and comfortable. Heated hot tub would warm up within 15 minutes of turning it on so future renters should not be surprised to find the water chilly when the jets are not turned on. Location was great for quick travel to downtown or the airport. There was some airport noise but not at an uncomfortable level. We would be delighted to stay at Casitia Bonita again.

Fantastic property

This property exceeded our expectations. The home itself and it's contents provided us with everything we needed and then some. The location is excellent as shopping for groceries and other items was only 2 miles away. We were able to take our dogs to the large park around the Palm Springs library which was across the street from the shopping center. The hiking trails were within a few miles of the home which made it very convenient. The backyard was very private and quiet which made outdoor activities and use of the pool very enjoyable. The neighborhood was very quiet. We cannot wait to come back. Tony and Delia

Excellent House

The house is a modest 3-bedroom house at the end of a cul-de-sac. It has a very private backyard and pool. The house and yard were immaculate and very well-equipped (the kitchen knives were sharp…!). Neighborhood was clean, pleasant, and felt save. House is 5 mins. by car from downtown Palm Springs. Only downside is that the neighborhood is not very walkable (which is fairly true of Palm Springs in general). It’s a very nice, well-equipped, clean, and well-managed place. It hit the sweet spot for us. We entertained friends there and it worked very well for that. Acme seems to be a very good house manager. They were friendly, proactive, and their binder on the house was well-organized and very useful. Recommended.

Interior 4-5 star, Exterior 3 star

Beautifully designed, clean, well-equipped interior with comfy beds. TV position in main room could be improved as we had to sit side ways on the couch to see it. Fortunately we kept busy without the TV but if this was a longer term rental it would have been more problematic and irritating. The patio and pool area were in need of a good power washing (perhaps due to a rainy winter) and 2/4 exterior door mats were absolutely filthy (I ended up swapping one with the garage mat to avoid stepping on it with bare feet). Acme was very responsive and sent an engineer when we discovered the pool lights were not working. Overall, a very good experience. A few small changes would make it exceptional.

Beware of unstable neighbor

The house itself is fine. But what makes it unrentable is the unstable neighbor on the other side of the backyard fence. The first night we were there we had dinner at the outside table, including reasonable dinner conversation. At 7:54pm (yes, we checked our watches), the neighbor spoke to us through the hedge to complain that he'd been trying to sleep and we needed to go inside. We were not doing anything against the Palm Springs ordinance (which prohibits outdoor music at anytime and all outdoor noise after 10pm). We politely moved indoors, though we were under absolutely no obligation to do so. And who goes to bed before 8pm?! Two nights later, our kids were in the pool, keeping their play at a reasonable volume. Again, it was before 8pm. The neighbor came outside with a boom box playing "Bad Boys" at an extreme volume and threatened, "I'm coming to get you at 6am! Then you'll see how annoying that is!". Though we couldn't see him, he was also banging something (a baseball bat on a trash can?). My 7-year old daughter started crying hysterically because she was so scared. My 9-year old son refused to sleep alone. We filed a police report immediately and got out of there first thing the following morning.

Fun spot

Had a great time staying here and over Coachella weekend. There are several, but understandable rules. We had a good time in the pool and grilled 2 days of our stay.

Nice house with awesome pool & spa

The house, pool, and spa were spotless and everything was fully functional. Check-in was incredibly smooth, check-out was easier than most places. Some slightly contradictory communications via text vs. email, but no big problems. Beds were reasonably comfortable (I have very high standards). The one slight downside is the property is right by the airport so there's noticeable noise from planes. Other than that, highly, highly recommended!

Great vacation house

We had a great stay at Casita Bonita! The house was clean, comfortable, well appointed, and beautiful. And the pool and spa were awesome!! The location was great, too--close to everything. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Palm Springs.

Perfect Tired Mom Break Vaca

My sister in law and I decided to get out of the Alaskan winter for a long weekend and head to the sun. We’d never been to Palm Springs and thought it sounded like our vibe. This home was perfect for us. It was clean, spacious, updated, and on a very quiet street (we really love to sleep). Location is a five minute drive from amazing food and wine. Thank you for a perfect much needed tired mom break!

Perfect Vacation House

The house was even better than the photos--gorgeous, comfortable, spacious, and immaculately clean. We couldn't have asked for a better, more convenient location. Just what we needed!

The house was beautiful and super clean. They let us check in an hour early, which was much appreciated considering the heat. The pool light was out, but they were kinda enough to send someone over with fun, color-changing floating lights!! We loved every minute of our stay, most of which was spent in the amazing pool enjoying the gorgeous views.

Amazing Property

First time here, but won’t be our last. Having rented 4 homes in PS since the pandemic started this was our favorite. Perfectly equipped, clean, kept up. We had nothing but positive things to say. Will definitely be coming back.
