SHEOAKS
Sheoaks is a stunning four bedroomed rammed earth home that is thoughtfully set out to accommodate families. Positioned into the hill overlooking the gorgeous Snellings Beach, Sheoaks is only a five-minute walk away with vast views to the beach and beyond. There is a well appointed self-contained main suite to delight the parents and a king bedroom and a single bedroom on the opposite side of the property. At the back you will find another bedroom with a single and a trundle. Plenty of space for the family to enjoy. A circular elevated day bed is just made for relaxing with your loved ones, a wood fire to keep you cosy through winter and a screened outdoor patio for insect-free dining through summer, Sheoaks has something for every season.
Configuration: 1 x bedroom with King Bed, 1 x bedroom with King Bed, 1 x King Single and 1 x single with a trundle in the other bedroom. Sleeps a maximum of seven guests.
The house contains three bathrooms, kitchen & laundry, and has a deck and screened dining area. Sheoaks has everything you need for a relaxing time on Kangaroo Island. Sorry - no pets

What a spot!

Awesome place! Love the walls!Really appreciate the fire wood left for us, made the place so warm and comfortable!Let's hope you get some rain to fill them tanks!We will be back again most probably with a family next time!Thanks Mark and Claire

A wonderful, relaxed holiday

We had a great stay at Sheila’s over a week in January 25. This is an amazing house, in an amazing place with wonderful views and all the amenities in the home that a family could want. It was truly great.

Absolute Dream House!

Sheoaks is an absolutely stunning property in a breath-taking part of Kangaroo Island. It had more than everything we needed and so many lovely spots to relax and enjoy that incredible view. Snelling Beach is maybe a 5 minute walk away and was our favourite beach of the island and The Fig Tree is also about a 5 minute walk and was a really special lunch experience. We saw loads of kangies - including two boys fighting just down the hill and a red tailed black cockatoo, along with other cute birdies.We got locked out of the laundry at one point... which was not a big deal at all but when we contacted the host, they had their maintenance people over within 30 minutes to open it for us! Very impressed and can't wait to come back (:

Snellings Beach, Middle River

To arrive to such a wonderful, comfortable house with stunning views in a beautiful rural setting was a great start to our memorable holiday on KI! The house was beautifully set up for cooking all the fish we caught and other great dinners we had during our stay. We wanted for nothing. Spacious and super comfortable with views from every room thanks to someones good planning for a perfect retreat. Just a 5 minute walk to a pristine and often private beach where dolphins would great us in the morning. We hope to return as it was a very special experience. thank you to our host. Anne

A fabulous house in a perfect spot

This house is truly lovely and beautifully situated above Snellings beach with spectacular views. I think it’s possibly the best place to stay on the island. We loved it.

Stunning place

Everything about this house is perfect! The views are breathtaking and the beach is only a short walk away. The cleanliness of the house is great, as it is the quality of the kitchen cook ware and appliances. We had a wonderful time and appreciate all the effort and details put into this stay.
