Welcome to Rainbow Villas #1, this is a spacious three-level townhome that features two-Master suite bedrooms, a loft, and three-bathrooms with sunny exposure and lovely views of Lincoln Mountain. It is conveniently located just 300 yards from Canyon Lodge on Mammoth Mountain, so you can avoid the daily parking hassle at the ski slopes. This updated unit offers a modern fully stocked kitchen for cooking family meals with dining seats for 8. Get comfortable in the living room in front of the cozy wood burning fireplace and enjoy the large flat screen Smart TV. The two master suites both feature Queen beds, while the loft in the upper level is a great set up for kids with a bunk bed with double on the bottom, and twin on the top, and an additional twin bed. Rainbow Villas Complex offers two parking spaces just outside the front door and is on the blue shuttle line. This unit sleeps a maximum of 8 people, is non-smoking and pets are not permitted. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Great Condo

Loved this condo! Perfect for two families, close to the slops, a lot more spacious than other condos we have stayed in. We will be trying to book it again if its available.

Awesome Base for Shredding Canyon

We stayed in the Rainbow Villas in early December when the season was just beginning. The condo is cozy and well kept, with plenty of space in the living area and kitchen for a larger group. The walk to canyon is insanely short, you can wake up at 8 and be on the first chair, no problem, by just walking around the corner. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend to all of my friends and family!

Lots of space in rooms. I had as issue with the lock on the dumpster and contacted management and they resolved it very quickly and kept me informed that the combination had been changed. Would rent the condo again.

great spot in mammoth

One downside was the main beds which were very stiff and my wife had to sleep in the loft because of the uncomfortable and squeaky beds.

Winter Wonderland visit 2023

Reviewer Comments: The housekeeping needs to pay a little more attention to detail. There was a old Keurig in the coffee maker and some poker chips on the landing in the loft. A few more towels and better quality would be nice and more comfortable beds. We loved that we had three bathrooms and the location is hard to beat.

Cozy Cabin near the Slopes!

We went with 2 other families and there was plenty of room for everyone. Two master suites downstairs and a loft for the kids. The hot tub was super close to the unit and a nice way to relax after a long day on the mountain. The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed cooking meals there every night.

Great Experience - Will Definitely Book Again

This is a great place for a family or a group of friends. It is an easy walk to Canyon Lodge. Parking was easy, we pretty much parked right outside the front door, this makes it very easy to load and unload. We would 100% stay here again. Also the rental company (Mammoth Reservations) makes things easy and are very accommodating, the staff there is excellent.

Snowboarding trip with 8 ppl

Beautiful home... perfect for 2 families. Perfect 2 master bedroom with a loft for the kids. 300 yard to slope, but feels tiring since we have young kids and need to carry snowboarding equipments. Beds in the master bedroom is too hard for us. Livingroom and dinning room accommodate well for party of 8. Feel spacious good rustic, elegant decor. Beautiful view with lots of windows and lots of natural lights.

Roomy and great location

Reviewer Comments: The place was a convenient, roomy and clean place with plenty of room. It has 2 master rooms with their own bathrooms. The place is very close to Canyon. Some cons was that the thermostat gets too low after 11 pm so need to adjust temperature accordingly to each room. Also one of the tub spots was not releasing water but only worked in shower mode. Also the unit has 2 outdoor parking places.

The kitchen lacked some basic items(cooking oil, aluminum foil, etc) and cleaning items to allow you to tidy appropriately (countertop spray, a broom, etc). Salt for the doorstep (got very slippery by the end of our 4 day stay). Requires bringing a lot of your own items which is tough in a remote area when you're already traveling with so much.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was very disappointed and frustrated that there was no hot water when we arrived on Friday. We had to wait for the repair man to fix and still no hot water until late on Saturday. All of these aspects pertaining to the unit should have been double check prior to renting out your unit so that it would not pose such a huge inconvenience for your guests. The furnitures were outdated as well as the bathroom fixtures were broken. Needs some updating inside the unit.

It was a good location, just needs to change

Pots and pans needs changing. Also the thermostat goes to 65 degree between 11-6 am so you need to get up and change it to higher since it gets too cold.
