There will never be a dull moment when you stay at this 1-bedroom (plus loft), 1-bathroom vacation rental just 1 mile from downtown and surrounded by some of Colorado's best outdoor assets. Spend your days hiking in the San Juan Mountains, rafting down the San Juan River, or skiing at Wolf Creek Ski Area. In between outings, hang out at this cozy cabin boasting updated appliances and furnishings for a worry-free stay!

Best campground, wonderful cabin and fabulous hosts!!! We travel often and this is the best experience we have ever had!!! Campground is beautiful...they even hosted live music on Saturday evening.

Very clean. Randy and Bill were great! Helped with issues promptly. Good location. King bed was a plus but difficult to get around in room because mattress was as big as room,lol.

Worth the stay

Tiny house was perfect. There was a total of 3 of us that stayed. Loved the RV park that it is set in. The loft area is super short but it was perfect for our 13 year old to have some space of his own. High quality dishes and linens. King bed was a little hard for our liking.

Cute cabin in RV park

Nice comfortable little cabin; however, it is in an RV park. It's also just off Highway 160 not that we could hear traffic.

Very clean and comfortable small cabin in Pagosa Springs!

We loved our stay at this cabin. The kids, ages 11, 11, and 13 enjoyed being tucked up in the loft. Our bedroom was comfortable with a large bed a great AC. The RV park was very clean (the nicest I have seen) and the staff were welcoming and helpful. The spot is a great jumping off point for your Pagosa adventure.
