Great location close to Tigertail beach this 3 bedroom 2 bath home has all amenities for a much needed vacation. Whether one week or a monthly this house is the perfect getaway. Open formal living room with views out to the pool and a large open kitchen that looks out to the family room. Dine either at the breakfast bar, on the patio or the dining room table. there is even a small work space off the kitchen for those that need to do some work.
The master bedroom has a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with french doors out to the patio and views of the pool and spa. The master bathroom has dual sinks a soaking tub and a walk in shower. Guest bedrooms have a queen and twin beds and the guest bathroom has dual sinks and tub and shower combo. Pool area is open with a fence surrounding the patio, heated pool and spa and views of the waterway. There is plenty of room to relax on the chaise pool side or sit and the table for outdoor dining.

Excellent vacation getaway

The property was very clean and everything worked as expected. Just a few block drive or bike ride to Tiger Tail Beach.

Enjoyable week

Stayed with my family for the week. House was clean and very spacious. Pool was great. We had a great time. Looking forward to staying there again.

Very Nice

Pictures are accurate and house was very clean upon arrival. Master bedroom, closet and bath were huge and luxurious. We did not use the other two bedrooms, but they were spacious and nice. Bed was extremely comfortable! Pool was very bright and clean, mostly shady. The dock and canal are wonderful, we saw a dolphin swimming by twice. Awesome!

Nice property

Had some issues with the hot water to begin with but they were easy to get ahold of and after we had an initial person show up that didn't know how to turn it up or turn on the spa they sent someone else to turn up the hot water tank and called a pool repair for the spa and he was able to show us how to turn it on and turned up the heat as it was set to low. The location is close to everything at Marco Island including tigertail beach which allowed us to get some amazing shelling time in

Beautiful home in a great location!

This is a wonderful property for 4 to 6 people. It is exactly as pictured in the VRBO writeup and has all the amenities anyone would ever need. We loved the pool and spa and the location which was in walking distance to restaurants, shopping and Tigertail Beach. It's on a very quiet street with quiet neighbors. The only drawback for sun lovers is that you do lose the sun mid-afternoon. We were also very impressed with Kelli, our property manager, who was very responsive and even dropped over on a Saturday evening to help us figure out how to run the spa. We would highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a beautiful spacious home away from home!

Convenient Location Fun Stay

I rented this property May 1 - 15, 2021. It is well stocked with everything you need to enjoy a short or extended stay on Marco. It has an excellent proximity to Tigertail Beach, and beautiful canal views. While it is true that some of the appliances and amenities on the property are dated, they are functional and convenient to use during your stay. I had no issues, but did have a question regarding the pool during our stay. The property manager was quick to communicate with me, and my questions were answered quickly. The house is spacious and very comfortable. The lanai was the star of the show for me. My family spent a lot of time grilling, dining, swimming, and enjoying the hot tub. We also enjoyed watching the dolphins come into the canal for their afternoon snack.

Great Property, Great Location

Refurbished and comprehensively stocked with everything you need for a great stay. Would have been a 5-Star review except for the fact the range oven was broken and could not be fixed during our stay. The pool spa was also not working but was fixed on same say as reported. Great comms with agent who's office was just round the corner.

Home needs some good deep cleaning & paint touch up paint.

No problems with rental agent. Easy pick up & drop off of keys. House was really nice but needs a lot of cleanup & update beds in 2nd & 3rd BR. Old towels & beach towels.
