House situated on a water channel with a beautiful view of the water surrounded by palm trees and lot of green. Interior renovated with open space. Light kitchen, beautifull quartz countertops and big kitchen Island with four tall white backed bar chairs provide guests with plenty of space to enjoy morning breakfast or afternoon drinks and meals. The spacious kitchen with a full view of the swimming pool, distant water space and palm trees has been equipped with new bright furniture, custom cabinets, new household appliances. All kitchen equipment provide guests with everything they need to prepare meals and enjoy the beautiful view. On the patio you will find a large table with 6 chairs, a comfortable sofa where you can relax, 2 tables with chairs and armchairs for morning coffee, a small hammock and swing. In addition, you can use fold-out sun loungers. Bathing in the SPA, you can admire the beautiful view of the water, private boats passing by, and even watch the passing dolphins. You must go to the beach also in the late afternoon to see the most beautiful sunsets and then spend the evening in the crowded restaurants to try local food and listen to music. Before going to sleep, you will hear the silence of the island or the sounds of feasting tourists hovering above the water. You can spend your dream vacation here. Marco Island is a friendly Island with plenty of beaches, restaurants and beautiful scenery. The house is located 1,5 miles from the main beach, where you will find lots of local attractions and 10min walk to very atractive Mackle Park where you will find offers on how to spend time in Marco. We did not use the pool or spa but both looked very nice. We used the pool at my house where other family members were staying.The island house was well equipped with anything we needed for the pool or beach or even just a relaxing time inside. The neighborhood was quiet and people seemed to be friendly.

Relaxing stay

We had such a wonderful time staying at this beautiful property! The home was absolutely lovely—spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our family getaway. The spa was definitely a highlight and added such a relaxing touch to our stay. While we mostly stayed in the shallow end of the pool since the far end was 8 feet deep, we still enjoyed it thoroughly. We’re so grateful for the experience and would absolutely recommend this place to others looking for a relaxing and memorable stay!

Great accommodations.

Enjoyed our stay. Impressed with cleanliness of home and decor. Location was perfect. Had a few issues but our fault for not contacting hostess to get resolved while there. She was very accommodating when informed.

Best month ever!

Excellent overall home! Very clean and well appointed in every way. The pool was very nice and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Communication with property management was very good. We would stay here again.

Spacious house with beautiful view

Great lanai overlooking canal screened by palms for privacy. All the latest appliances and great internet and cable TV. Pool has spa and is deep for swimmers Looking forward to returning next year.

Overall, it was a nice house. There were a few leaking fixtures and pipes in the master bathroom and the pool/spa were doing weird things while there but overall great neighborhood and quiet!!

Great Lanai

Beautiful house with beautiful view of tall palm trees across the canal. Large pool with spa, very deep, not suitable for non-swimmers. Large kitchen with great new appliances. Excellent master bedroom with comfortable bed.

Great location, lovely home and nice accommodations. (Kitchen could use a little help with the pots and pans and cooking utensils). Purchased a few items last year to use but most were gone. Sorry people don’t treat this rental like they would their own home.

Lovely pool & spa

Very pleasant stay. Very comfortable bed in the master. New floor tile throughout the house. Abundance of bath towels and beach towels. Had one minor problem which the owner resolved promptly. Newly remodeled kitchen. Bathroom updates should probably be in the next phase of remodeling.

Beautiful home with perfect location for a dream vacation

This home was everything we were looking for and more. The pictures honestly do not do it justice. The kitchen was absolutely stunning and had everything we needed for our week long stay. All 3 bedrooms were large in side with bathrooms and extremely comfortable beds. The outdoor living space is what we utilized the most. The pool and hot tub overlooking the water was so nice. Our family utilized these amenities every day. On top of the beautiful home, everything was within a few minutes of the house. Publix was a few short minutes, the beach, all the restaurants. We will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful

The property was wonderful and the host was amazingly communicative. When the A/C broke they had a repair tech there day of to fix it. The house itself was beautiful. Our only slight problem was that the pool was a little deep and didnt have a 3 foot section for shorter people. Besides that it was very nice. Some of the plant life was becoming a bit overgrown, ie potted plants outside and weeds between cracks by the pool and on the driveway.

The house is nice but you can tell its been a rental for a long time with not much upkeep. Kitchen utensils are laughable, we actually bought a skillet to use because the only one at the house was an old scratched upTeflon unit. Shower doors leak on the floor, toilet runs constantly, one of the sliding doors won't open, the mattresses are super firm. Other than that the place is okay. When we checked in the house had not been cleaned yet, the cleaning crew came about a hour later and we had to wait until they were done before continuing with our plans, after speaking with the property manager she would not reimburse us for the inconvenience. Probably won't be staying here again.

I am sorry to read such opinions because the house is equipped with all necessary kitchen and other utensils. The cleaning crew had a car accident and informed me about it exactly when the new guests moved in. Unfortunately, random events happen, it is good that they survived a serious car accident, human life is the highest value. Guests pay for a daily stay an amount much lower or similar, depending on the standard, than any hotel in Marco Island where they have one room and two paper cups at their disposal and do not complain, here the entire house with three bedrooms and a large recreation area is available, equipped with all possible equipment and it is bad Quite often there are demanding guests looking only at their own comfort, so this does not surprise me. As for the refund for inconvenience (1 hour later the house was ready), in a telephone conversation I clearly stated that of course I will refund the costs, please submit a written request regarding the amount of the refund. I did not receive such an inquiry. I am not obliged to provide the house with the necessary household appliances, of course I provide everything that is possible but I am not able to buy equipment that is constantly being destroyed by guests. It is easy to throw words of criticism and make demands. There is a guide in the living room with information and obligations that guests must fulfill and I must admit that it is rare for anyone to follow these rules. The human mentality often tends to consider only one side of the coin, but the coin always has two sides. I thank all those guests who took care of my house with care and immeasurable understanding at the time of check-out because there were many of them and it is nice to have faith that there are still people among us who know life and understand its unpredictability.

Very Relaxing Week

The main living area (kitchen, living room) appeared to have been upgraded and was beautifully done. The backyard pool, hot tub and outdoor living area was also beautiful. There were a few minor things (lots of clutter in the kitchen drawers and cabinets) that could have been streamlined, but the only major issue that had an impact on our overall satisfaction was the shower situation. There was really only one 1 working shower (attached to the master bedroom). The other main shower appeared to have been re-done, but not properly. It leaked like crazy and we found we soaked about 8 towels trying to contain the water every time someone showered. The older shower connected to one of the bedrooms worked, but also didn't drain well and you would be in water half way up your shins by the end of the shower. Overall, for what we were hoping for, just a relaxing time by the pool, it was perfect!

Dear Karyn, thank you for your opinion. Yes, I haven't had any luck finding a good contractor to renovate my master bathroom, but I'm working on fixing the problem. When it comes to clutter in drawers, I think the best solution will be to limit the kitchen equipment. The cleaning service empty the dishwasher and put it in the drawers, shelfs but looks like it is too much organise always the mess after each guests. Shower problems usually arise when the drain is not cleared of long hair after each shower, especially if guests are staying for longer than 4 days and no cleaning service is available during that time. I'm glad that despite everything, you had a nice time and have a nice memories.
