The welcoming fruit tree lined driveway takes you to this private resort style piece of paradise surrounded by Noosa's National Park tucked in behind Peregian Beach.

A spacious home offering many living areas, plenty of outdoor furnished decking creating an alfresco style holiday, the large home overlooks the private lake and features a resort style pool. Enjoy your morning coffee, relaxing on the deck while watching the kangaroo's & local wildlife.

* Overlooking a lake style dam highlighting 2 islands (unfenced)
* 12.7m long salt water swimming pool with infinity edge
* Large grassed area for kids to play or perhaps a family game of cricket
* Spacious floor plan with multiple living spaces & modern kitchen
* Separate media/games room with pool table, surround sound & Apple TV
* 4 large bedrooms all with ensuites, one is downstairs offering disabled access.
* Master bedroom with sunken bath, enjoys a floor to ceiling window overlooking the grounds
* 5th bedroom is set up with a TV, and couch
* Designed to catch the summer breeze as well as ceiling fans throughout
* Enjoy a sunset beverage in the gazebo, which features an Italian under-lit onyx coffee table
* Dogs on application - approval required
* Open parking spaces for cars on a concreted area
* 10 minute drive to Peregian Beach & Village which offers a wonderful selection of cafe's, restaurants & shops.
* 20 minute drive to Hastings Street, Noosa Main Beach & National Park
