Disclosures
The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. Parking for 2 vehicles, 1 in the garage and 1 in front of the garage. STR License #005158

Great place with a wonderful view! Only issue would be the first floor is always freezing and the top floor was always to hot which led to sleeping comfort issues. Other than that we felt the house was quite nice and loved the view!

We had a nice stay

3 story home. King bedroom on bottom floor. King bedroom on main floor. Bunk room on 3rd floor. Bunk room is a set of steel bunk beds. I believe there was a trundle under each bunk as well. Mattresses were all very hard so a plus if you like hard mattresses. We used the extra blankets provided in the closets on all of the beds. I would suggest not putting temp higher than 64 as it gets hot in the bedrooms. Take quick showers or all the hot water will be gone if showering at the same time. The game room upstairs off the bunk room is nice for kids / young adults to hang separate from parents.

Excellent spot in winter park

Tucked back in the rendezvous neighborhood, this property is a great spot. Two big living spaces, spacious bedrooms, great amenities, responsive hosts. Couldn’t ask for more.

Great house with amazing view

The house was great; it was clean and had comfortable beds and couches to relax in. We enjoyed our experience here. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware. Make sure you have an AWD vehicle to get up the hill as it is high up. Other notes: the hot tub jets are very weak, so don't expect a massage after a day of skiing. The only minor issue was the heat distribution from the 1st-floor bedroom and the rest of the house. It was freezing downstairs; the only way to solve it was to close most of the vents in the rest of the house, but even then, the 3rd floor was very hot.

Rendezvous Stay #60

The home we stayed at the owners thought of everything. From books to board games,to towels specifically for the hot tub, to makeup towels. The home was perfection, everything you would need for your stay was provided. The view of the mountains was spectacular, the electric fire place made the home cozy and the hot tub was much needed after a long day of skiing. You will not be disappointed staying here. Having the mud room downstairs made it super easy to keep everything organized and having the garage for ski gear or what items you might want to store in their deep garage. We will definitely be back! ♡

Review of 60 Moose Horn Court, Winter Park, CO

Winter Park Escapes makes renting very easy! The pictures of the property online are consistent with the property. We had a couple of issues while there and the management company took care of both immediately. The neighborhood is nice in that there are many good hiking trails you can take without getting in your car. On the outskirts of Winter Park which makes going to Granby, Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park very convenient!!! We will definitely be back!!!

Amazing location!

We loved the location high on the ridge with views from every room and the upper deck! So peaceful on a side street without traffic and great access to beautiful neighborhood trails! The house is lovely with nice finishes and tons of space on 3 levels!

Ski vacation

We visited in mid-February 2022 and there was a lot of snow. This property was very clean and well stocked with small appliances. The location was great and very quiet (I would recommend an all-wheel drive vehicle. The road to the house can get icy, but someone did plow after an overnight snow. We didn’t see this as a negative, but this is the only things we found slightly off about our stay). The entire house was comfortable and roomy for 9. We had 4 adults, 3 teenagers and two under age 12. The upstairs essentially became the kids sanctuary….There was a large comfortable couch and tv and the bunk room could not have been any better. The hot tub was also an excellent treat. We even saw a moose within 200 Yards of the house in the day we left!

Absolutely loved it

Spectacular mountain home! Beautiful views, quiet neighborhood for good hiking trails and close to both WinterPark (15min drive) or cross country skiing at Devil’s Thumb (15 min) or local skiing on the Fraser River trail. The house is immaculate and great for our family to spread out, cook, play games & relax. Highly recommend and would love to come back.

Beautiful view - cozy home

This is a beautiful rental with amazing views. The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful.. We experienced quite a bit of snow and the snow movers were consistently clearing roads every few hours. However would still recommend all wheel drive. Management very responsive. This beautiful home was perfect for our family of five. Lovely furnishings, tasteful decor. The hot tub was much enjoyed as well as the star gazing while soaking. We highly recommend and hope to return.

The nicest rental property I've ever stayed at!

This is a very new home and has everything you could ever want or need. Ample linens, fully supplied kitchen, family games, new/clean furniture, large closets and bathrooms, inviting gas fireplace, etc. The hot tub was lovely on the cool nights, and the property seemed remote based on the landscape but was close to all of the amenities we needed. Though large, the home felt cozy and had a good 'energy'. We will definitely try to stay here again if we return to Winter Park!

Winter Park Get Away

My wife and two dogs absolute enjoyed the property. The home exceeded our expectations and had all the amenities one would expect. The trails in the neighborhood kept us occupied with daily walks. The view from the home is stunning. Hope to be back some day to take it in again. Thank you for helping to make it a weekend to remember.

Fantastic Stay!

Beautiful location with plenty of space. We cooked several meals and the kitchen had everything we needed. Exactly as described on the site and had friendly neighbors. Didn't miss having AC and the wifi was adequate. Looking forward to staying again in one of these properties. Host were super responsive to all of our pesky questions.
