License Number: 3760. Nestled in the heart of Fraser near shops, restaurants, and amenities, this 3BR/3BA townhouse is a prime choice for your Winter Park adventure. Hop on the free shuttle to the lifts, or drive a few minutes to the Fraser Tubing Hill for family fun.

Highlights include two living areas, a deck overlooking the mountains, and a private indoor hot tub with scenic window views.

LIVING AREAS

After a day on the slopes, make hot cocoa and gather around the wood-burning fireplace in the main living area, furnished with a sofa, love seat, and armchair. Watch favorite shows on the 50” cable TV.

Make some popcorn and have a movie night in the second living area, outfitted with a plush sleeper sofa and cable TV. Or treat yourself to an indulgent soak in the indoor hot tub.

KITCHEN & DINING

The chef in your group will appreciate the modern kitchen, equipped with a full suite of sleek appliances. Make morning coffee on the provided Keurig.

When your culinary creations are complete, dine together at the table with seating for up to eight.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

This six-story home sleeps up to eight guests between the three bedrooms and a full-size sleeper sofa in the second living area.

Make yourself at home in the master suite, furnished with a comfortable king bed and cable TV. The en-suite master bathroom features an expansive walk-in shower.

The second bedroom is outfitted with a queen bed. An en-suite second bathroom features two vanities and a walk-in shower.

The third bedroom is furnished with a twin-over-queen bunk bed and a cable TV.

A third bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Sip morning coffee and take in views of the Rocky Mountains on the deck, furnished with table seating for four.

An intimate patio off of the 2nd living area provides another place to enjoy serene mountain vistas.

EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a DVD player, gas grill, washer/dryer, and on-site parking for two cars in the driveway.

This rental does not have air-conditioning.

Although no stairs are required to enter the home, there are multiple interior flights to access the six levels.

Please note that guests will need to provide their own firewood for the wood-burning fireplace.

Nestled in the heart of Fraser just 7 miles north of the Winter Park ski area, this mountain townhouse is within walking distance of dining and shopping options.

Walk across the street to hop on the shuttle to the lifts at Winter Park Ski Resort. Or make the 6-minute drive to the Fraser Tubing Hill.

Hiking and biking trails abound in the surrounding area. Fish the Fraser River, bike on the Fraser Trail, or hike on one of the many routes in the surrounding Arapaho and Roosevelt National Forests.

Felt like home!

This house if fully stocked kitchen and linens. The view amazing! Lots of windows and light so cozy but yet spacious. It was really nice to have the hot tub in an indoor space after a day of skiing that was the one thing we all looked so forward too. The locations is great as well not too far from Winter Park, or the town. We actually were a little sad leaving we felt like we were home. Would definitely book this again in the future absolutely loved it!

Plenty of room

six stayed at this condo for four days. We didn’t get in each others way unless we were in the kitchen. Everything was clean and plenty of cooking supplies were available.had to turn thermostat to 50 to be comfortable.

Wonderful Stay

The rental had everything we needed, since we made breakfast every day. Very convenient shuttle right outside the front door to the Winter Park ski slopes. House is super dog friendly, expect some dog hair. Very comfortable beds and bathrooms were stocked. Don't expect to dine out a lot. Most restaurants were short staffed, small and on long wait times.

Great Colorado Getaway

We really enjoyed our time in Fraser! Nice town with a lot to offer!! I would have given a 5 star, however I feel like there are some things that could really use a little deeper clean and to be updated. Such as the washer and dryer, windows and screen door on deck. Just a little more TLC needed, otherwise thanks for sharing your rental with us!

The place was very clean and had new kitchen appliances. It was spacious with 6 levels, 3 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms. I didn't use the fireplace because it was wood burning and I prefer gas fireplaces. They welcome pets so my 2 miniature Goldendoodles enjoyed staying there. The hot tub worked and felt amazing after a long day of shredding the gnar. My only two minor complaints would be they didn't have a great place to store your skis and snowboards. We just used the closet by the front door but it would have been nice to have a rack on the wall or even in the closet. The other complaint would be it was too warm for me and my kids, especially in the primary bedroom on the top level. I had to sleep with the floor fan on and windown half open all night to be somewhat comfortable. Granted, I am used to sleeping with temperatures around 62 deg F during the winter and it was around 72 deg F with the fan and window open while snowing. Overall, my kids, dogs, and I had a great vacation and would definitely stay here again!

Enjoyable stay

Property fit our needs and beautiful view of the mountains! We did have issues with the TV in the main living room area. It was not working and we called Turnkey customer support on the first day. They told us they would let someone know on the local team and that we would hear from someone that same day. We never heard from anyone on this matter. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

The area was great, the property not so.......

While the property was clean it is dated. There were a couple of screens that were in need of repair when we arrived and one of the windows wouldn’t operate properly. The hot tub never got hot enough to actually use it. The deck is so small that it was difficult for 4 people to comfortably enjoy it. As advertised it does not have air conditioning. We were there in mid June and it was very warm inside on several of the days. Ceiling fans would have helped but there wasn’t For the prices we paid, we were disappointed.

Great place with stunning views!!

Overall, we had an excellent stay!! The decor is updated, beds are comfortable, and the view is incredible!! Fraser is a great little town and the grocery store is conveniently close. The hot tub was definitely a favorite for my kids, they were in there at least twice a day! The washer and dryer are very convenient to have. We did have a surprise bear visitor one night that tried getting into the trash, luckily the trash was locked but it was pretty neat to see! 😊 The only downfalls were that I didn’t realize how much the elevation was going to effect me and the large number of stairs were difficult between the 5 floors, no AC with only 1 broken fan, and a nearby train that only seemed to bother me because I’m a light sleeper but the rest of my family didn’t notice. I still highly recommend this place! Just want to be honest about a few of these things. We had a cracked window and someone with maintenance was out there immediately. Impressive management team with great communication!

Good House

The house is spacious for the whole family to enjoy. My 3 stars rate is because the house was not well clean, we are paying $350 for cleaning plus $200 for the pet fee. It was a lot of hair (human and pet) all around the house, even inside the refrigerator and kitchen counter. Another problem was the snow, the whole entrance of the house was inaccessible by the snow, we had to shovel the parking and entrance of the house, even after a call to Vacasa, they told me that they did not know who or when could come to clear the snow.

Great location!

Great house for my family’s 2-week stay in Fraser. Clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Convenient location with a Winter Park bus stop right across the street (1-min walk!), so easy to shuttle back and forth from the slopes. Hot tub wasn’t working when we arrived but the Turnkey staff were super responsive and ensured the problem was quickly addressed. Would definitely stay here again.

Tall skinny villa near Winter Park

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The villa is clean and bright with lots of stairs. There are 6 levels and lots of windows overlooking Fraser, CO. The hot tub in the lower level living room was a great family gathering place and provided a fun start to the day with coffee. Hiking paths and the ski area are within a few miles, and Rocky Mtn National Park is an easy day drive. The kitchen is well equipped and the management crew responded right away to issues. Tall skinny villa near Winter Park

The villa is clean and bright with lots of stairs. There are 6 levels and lots of windows overlooking Fraser, CO. The hot tub in the lower level living room was a great family gathering place and provided a fun start to the day with coffee. Hiking paths and the ski area are within a few miles, and Rocky Mtn National Park is an easy day drive. The kitchen is well equipped and the management crew responded right away to issues. We stayed here with 2 adults, 2 grown kids, and 2 grandparents and the space was perfect. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.
