Near the Punta Gorda airport

This was a very nice stay around 20 minutes from the Punta Gorda airport. The location was our main concern because of having to leave very early on the morning of our departure. The beds were comfortable, it was spacious, in a quiet location, with TVs in every bedroom, if you want that sort of amenity! The property manager was very friendly and helpful. The microwave was not working when we arrived, but the manager installed a new one the next day. I appreciated the blackout curtains in the master bedroom.Overall, a good stay.

Port Charlotte Stay

This is a good property for larger families as it has 4 legitimate bedrooms and a large group area with plenty of seating at the table. It was well equipped for grilling or homemade meals. It is off the beaten path, thus more secluded and private, so kids can be noisy without bothering neighbors. Expect to drive to parks or beaches, etc. Nice walking park nearby.

Quiet location/close to everything we needed

The size and layout worked well for our group. Location was great for the event we were attending. Shops, grocery, and restaurants all within about 5 min from the house, but you felt like you were more in the countryside than the city.

House was very comfortable, clean. The communication with the owner was excellent. The house did get warm at times, owner with good follow up immediately with a technician to the home. The problem was rectified immediately. Our only gripe was with VRBO because we had no option to decline the Damage Protection fee of $120.00. That was not something we needed and it was not refunded at the end of the stay. We treated the home like our own and had no issues.

Great spot

Perfect for some guys on a golf trip. Location was great with accessibility to grocery stores and restaurants. We were very comfortable the whole time. Had a small problem with the AC but was attended to expeditiously. I absolutely recommend this place to stay.

The property lived up to the online pictures. It was clean and comfortable. Had a very small issue which was handled immediately. Great place to stay.

We could not have been more pleased!

We rented this house as part of an extended family Christmas vacation. It was PERFECT in every way: immaculately clean, great lay-out, wonderful location, and even decorated for the holidays! The Mango Manor is in a quiet neighborhood and with all of the trees surrounding it, seems very secluded. It is well cared for and easily fit 2 couples and 4 children. We will book this perfect home again in the future!

House with space

Location was located a few miles from our destination, so that was a plus and the 4 bedroom house had enough rooms and shared space for our family. The kitchen had needed pans and utensils for cooking. Given the cleaning fee we were charged I expected the house to be cleaner. When we initially arrived we were walking barefoot in the house and we noticed our feet got very dirty so we kept our shoes on after that. There was also visible dirt, dust and cobwebs on baseboards and window ledges. Parking was a bit tight based on bushes making it hard to get in and out of cars. There were 5 TVs in the house with internet streaming available however only the pink remote and 1 Roku remote was working the other fire stick remotes were in need of new batteries so we we not able to really use most of the TVs. Would suggest refreshing the batteries in ALL of the remotes so they can be paired with the TVs.

Top property for relaxation

This house was beautiful! Not only was it like being on a peaceful farm, the seller had all the little touches like coffee and items you might forget. Beds were super comfortable and everything was super clean. Thank you for providing this amazing space for our family on Easter weekend.

Mango Manor.

We liked having a separate bedroom (4) for each person, with big beds for everyone. Nice layout of house plans. It was the week after the hurricane and the house seemed fine. It is understandable that the internet was not working, but Evolve worked with us on deposit for this lack of TV or internet. We had air conditioning and could use the shower, since the boil notice had been lifted. The house is on well water and septic tank, so we still bought bottled water for drinking.

So many fruit trees

Place was very nice! The family liked it. The backyard has a lot of fruit trees and the guy that was taking care of them was really nice and taught us about various fruit they had. I would stay again in a heart beat.

Nice quiet stay

We loved staying at Mango Manor. We spent a week working and a week on vacation and it was perfect for both. Nice quiet neighborhood where the occasional gopher turtle can be seen!
