Hear the waves, enjoy the secluded outlook and stroll to the back beach (700m). This modern property has a large entertaining deck overlooking the lush bushland opposite, fully fenced and with a double carport. Very quiet location. Less than 5 km to Hot Springs.

Pet friendly and NBN wifi.

Featuring three bedrooms, the main with walk in robe and en-suite bathroom. Open plan kitchen and living area with polished floorboards. Second living area with TV, games and books. Family friendly bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet. Large secure backyard. Ducted heating and Split system air-conditioning in main room. Wifi.

Bedding configurations: Main Bedroom: Queen bed, Bedroom 2: Queen, Bedroom 3: 2 x bunk beds (4 beds). Rumpus: King Single bed.
Walking distance to 16th back beach at Rye.

Fully fenced yard, suitable for pets.

Easy access to the beach

I highly recommend this property, close to the beach, shops and local attractions. Fantastic for a big family. We hired it for the family wedding weekend away and we really enjoyed it. The host Catherine she is brilliant and a great communicator. The place is very clean and was impressed with all the functional amenities.

Impressive!

We had a great stay at Catherine’s house! It was clean, comfortable and well equipped. We had everything we needed and heaps of space. It’s in walking distance to the back beach and general store. I would highly recommend staying here!!

Perfect!

Catherine’s property was the perfect house for our family summer holiday. Couldn’t have been better for us. We will be back! Her generosity as a host was wonderful.

it wasn’t a good experience in Mery Christmas

The last night we had a look at the fuse box one switch was down and wouldn’t stay in place so we had no electricity we couldn’t have showers or breakfast in the morning and our phones were not charged.Also at our arrival were many cob webs and spiders and the barbecue was in very bad state all rusted couldn’t use it.

Great house close to the beach.

The house was lovely and comfortable with enough room for a family of 4 and the grandparents. It was only a short walk to the Rye back beach where we found a nice little coffee shop. Catherine provided a lot of information and was excellent to communicate with. Would definitely recommend.

Great for families

Lovely house in a great spot - short walk to 16 cafe for coffee and No.16 back beach. 2 living zones is great for kids to chill and fully fenced yard ideal for our golden retriever. Catherine was very easy to deal with and very responsive.

Our pre Christmas getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the property was clean, spacious and perfect for what we needed. Caroline was great to deal with and we loved being able to take our toy poodle on holidays too. I highly recommend this property and an sure we will go back.

Weekend getaway

Our stay at the holiday house was relaxing and we enjoyed spending time at the large patio in the afternoon sun. The house is in a great location within walking distance to the back beach and it was great that we could take our dogs with us on our weekend getaway. The owner was very responsive and accommodating.

Perfect getaway for families

A wonderful holiday home - plenty of space for two families and dogs. We especially loved the outdoor deck and separate rumpus room for the teenagers. Great kitchen. Catherine was a pleasure to deal with.

Great house, amenities and location

Very well equipped home with everything two families with young children need. The 2nd rumpus with games and tv and large outdoor deck made for ample space.

This was a fantastic holiday house- larger than the photos show and very well set up. We had such a relaxing stay and would stay here again.
