It has potential but lacks somethings

The house was clean and the host was friendly and welcoming. I have a few remarks though. Wifi was absolutely bad, beds were flimsy and wobbly, the stove didnt work well, the garage was full of clutter we couldn't park in it, one of the bathrooms tissue holder was not in place, the ace was weak, the garage door opener had the cover missing, the smoke detector was unplugged.As I mentioned the house has potential but I didn't feel like it lived up to the Vrbo rental property standrds and that the property was not worth what I paid for to stay.I am not satisfied with it at all.

Beautiful House

This house was incredibly spacious and beautiful. Beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Phoenix.

Don’t waste your money. . The house was filthy When I arrive.

My family and I had planned a quick trip from California for my son's graduation, but upon arriving well after our check-in time, we found the house in disarray. It appeared as though someone had been there before us, but the place hadn't been cleaned from the previous renters or occupants. There were dishes in the sink, beds left unmade and dirty, trash scattered on tables and floors, and the blankets and sheets seemed unwashed. Despite attempting to contact the host, we received no response, leaving us with no choice but to find accommodation elsewhere. I wouldn't recommend wasting your money on this rental.

Winter get away to AZ

Property was just OK. Very short on kitchen items based on number of bedrooms. Property needs a lot of TLC and a good deep clean. Location was good.

Good and not so good

The house was big enough for all 10 of us and the backyard was nice to enjoy the Phx fall weather. Here are the negatives: The house was dirty with spills in the kitchen. Baseboards were filthy and it needs a good deep cleaning. We had 8 towel, 16 wash cloths and no hand towels for the bathroom. We went to the store and bought more towels. They water the grass like 3 times a day so the backyard is muddy all the time. No big glasses just juice glasses. Glad we brought disposable. Left over food in the pantry from previous guest. WiFi given was not the right one. We found it on a piece of paper in the kitchen drawer. One cabinet in the kitchen is full of random stuff that should be in the garage not the kitchen like paint and other maintenance stuff. No garbage bags for the kitchen and then they just appeared while we were out so they must have come in while we were gone. I called texed and left messages for the contact host with no response ever.

Some issues but over all ok.

The property worked well for us except there were only 4 towels, and the sheets were dirty. We washed the sheets on day one and since we brought our own blankets it was fine. We had to buy towels. Also the wifi name and password were wrong on the email. We found them on a piece of paper in a kitchen drawer.

The house was good. The common areas were great for a family gathering. Main bedroom and bath was fantastic. The other three bedrooms were very small. Nice neighborhood and great location for our needs. Biggest complaint is the kitchen items that we needed to cook basic meals were missing. No mixer, pot holders, cookie sheets and the pots and pans were in terrible condition. Had to go to the 99cent store to purchase measuring cups and spoons. Loved the backyard. Enjoyed sitting on the patio and had plenty of room for the dog to play. The bathroom needs some repairs and safety bars in the tub. We had a wonderful family Christmas there, but would have been even better if we were not constantly looking for common household items that we needed.

South Mountain is a must see

We had nine people in our family staying here and it was perfect for us. The home is very spacious with places to hang out inside and outside. We had everything we needed and the sleeping arrangements worked out perfect. I’d definitely recommend this home to those visiting Phoenix! South Mountain park and preserve is only four minutes away with lots of hiking trails. It’s a must see for those who stay here. If hiking isn’t your thing you can drive to the Dobbins lookout tower and get a spectacular view of Phoenix!

NHRA weekend

We have two very large dogs that go everywhere we go and it’s nice to have people like this who open their homes to us pet families! Our stay was perfect and would recommend for everyone especially ones with pets! It’s hard to find a air b&b with no pool in back yard for our dogs to be able to enjoy so that’s a big plus!

Comfortable home with a great backyard!

This home was just right for our stay in Phoenix. Plenty of space to spread out inside, a nicely equipped kitchen, comfortable living room and even use of the garage. We were able to get 3 large SUVs in the driveway and one in the garage so no parking on the street. The fully fenced backyard had a mix of grass & a nice patio, perfect for our dogs to play and us to hang out with them. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The management company was very responsive with any questions and needs. I would highly recommend Evolve and would definitely stay at this property again.

beautiful home, exactly as listed

A beautiful spacious home with more room than we needed. Location was excellent for hiking in the South Mountain area as well as Easy Access to downtown Phoenix. Home was well equipped for all of our needs. We would definitely stay here again.
