BEDDING AND LINEN
We provide cozy doonahs with covers, pillows, bathmats, hand towels, face washers, and tea towels.
Please remember to bring your own sheets, pillow covers and towels. If you prefer, you can hire these from us at an additional cost of $30 per single bed or $40 per king bed.
BEDROOMS FOR EVERYONE
With four bedrooms and two bathrooms, Jandi can accommodate up to 10 guests. We do have a limit of 6 adults, as the bunk beds are not suitable for adults and our property is more geared towards families.
Jandi offers four generously-sized bedrooms, each with built-in wardrobes. You'll find USB ports in every bedroom and wireless chargers in the upstairs bedrooms for your convenience.
MODERN BATHROOMS
Our house features two stylish bathrooms and two toilets. The downstairs bathroom includes a freestanding bathtub and shower, while the upstairs bathroom has a shower and toilet. We provide Zero Co environmentally sustainable body products (shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, body wash and hand wash).
FULLY-EQUIPPED KITCHEN
No need to dine out; we have a fully-equipped kitchen where you can unleash your culinary skills. The kitchen features modern appliances, including an inverter microwave, oven, electric stove, coffee machine, and more. Guests can find basic staples in the pantry. Cleaning products and dishwasher tablets are supplied.
STAY CONNECTED
Stay connected with wireless internet via SpaceX's Starlink high-speed broadband. It's perfect for streaming, work, or entertainment during your stay. Expect speeds of up to 250mbps with unlimited data - better than a typical NBN connection!
ENTERTAINMENT FOR ALL AGES
Our living areas offer entertainment for both adults and children. Downstairs, you'll find a 65" Smart TV with Netflix, a SONOS speaker, a Wii-U games console, children's board games and toys. Upstairs, there's another 65" Smart TV, SONOS speaker, Apple TV device and board games for the grown ups.
HEATING AND COOLING
Stay comfortable with ceiling fans in the upstairs bedrooms, portable fans in the downstairs bedrooms, and reverse cycle air-con in the living areas. The upstairs living room has a state-of-the-art Piazzetta wood pellet heater for cozy nights inside.
OUTDOOR FUN
Jandi provides ample outdoor space. In the front, you'll find a large driveway, perfect for cars and boats, as well as a small slide and tyre swing. The back features a large decking, children's play equipment and a spidey-swing for young and old to enjoy. The house is fully fenced with side gates.
LAUNDRY FACILITIES
For your convenience, we have a 10KG washing machine/6kg dryer combo, an iron, ironing board, pegs, clothes horse, and an outdoor foldable clothes line. Zero Co laundry detergent and stain remover is provided.
EV CHARGER
We've installed an EV wall charger for guests with electric vehicles. It's capable of charging at 7kwh (32a), compatible with any vehicle with a type 2 plug, and can add approximately 50km of distance per hour of charge. Included free for guests.
