This "Gulf Shore Getaway" offers the rare luxury of direct beach access—no stairs, no elevators, just barefoot freedom. Whether you're traveling with family, friends, or planning a romantic retreat, this spacious condo sleeps five and blends indoor comfort with outdoor adventure.

$300 FREE Activities: Guests will receive one complimentary admission to each of our select activities per day. You can attend all of these activities every day, and one person will be free each day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.



So yes, you may choose to play a round of golf in the morning (one person is free) and then enjoy a Dolphin Cruise that afternoon (one person is free). Alternatively, you may choose to visit WonderWorks with the kids in the morning (one person is free), while your husband can play golf (one person is free). Then you can meet up that afternoon for the dolphin cruise (one person is free). You may participate in some or ALL of the select activities every day, and one person from your party is free each day!



Activities and Attractions: PCB Wheel Ride, Mini Golf at the PCB Wheel, Dave & Buster’s, WonderWorks, Bay Point Golf and Tennis Club, Just Jump Trampoline Park, and Island Time Sailing: Dolphin Watch Sailing Cruise

We had a wonderful time during our stay at the Commodore. We always stay in 102 and it never disappoints. The weather was beautiful and our host greeted us at the condo. He was very nice and helpful. We will be back for our annual trip next October. Thank you so much for a wonderful time.

Wonderful place

We really enjoyed this place. Nice and cozy. But the star really was the view and beach access. Absolutely perfect. Only small criticism would be to replace the kitchen blinds. Gerald provided great communication throughout our stay and answered all of my questions promptly. Thanks Gerald!

Gerald was super nice, communicated well and even let us check in a little early which was awesome! Location was a 10/10! Bottom floor, no stairs to climb, you can literally park at the front door for easy access to unloading luggage and the pool and beach were just steps away out the back door. Perfect views of the ocean and pool! My only negative would be that the condo could use a good updating/facelift and a deep cleaning. The ceiling fan in the bedroom makes a weird noise and the bed was very noisy too, and the bedroom could definitely use some black out curtains.

Always have a great time in PCB, and the Commodore is always our favorite place. We had a great time and loved the unit we stayed in. The only hiccup was the washing machine in the unit. The motor decided it was time to die. Gerald our property manager came through to offer us towels and brought in reinforcements to get the problem remedied. Unfortunately, it didn’t get replaced by the time we left but Gerald took care of us nonetheless. We definitely felt well taken care of. Will definitely look forward to coming back soon!

Beautiful view

We have been to this rental multiple times. The view from both the living room and the bedroom is amazing and you can have your feet in the waterin a minute. This trip they had done some recent interior updates which made it even better. We love this quiet location and will return.

Beautiful location!

You can tell the condo could use a few updates, but you can't beat the location and view of the ocean right from the back patio. The pool is jist a few steps away and the walk to the beach is short and easy. We will be back!

Three night trip

We were very pleased. It was so convenient unloading and loading, we were able to park right at the door. And the walk to the beach was short. The condo was very clean and everything worked perfectly.

Commodore condos PCB

This one bedroom condo on the ground floor was exactly what we wanted for our trip to the beach. It is older and needs some TLC but definitely worth it. It is an easy walk to the beach and the pool is only 10 yards from the back porch area. It is near the state park and is quiet at night.

Black mould

When we entered the until it smelled awful. It was beyond not clean. Stained box spring, dead roach on the floor, hair in the fridge, dirty black stained shower floor, black mold on the exterior door and patio, sand covered patio chairs, beyond gross!! Most importantly on the ceiling over the bed more black mold. I am fighting to get my money back. This is an absolute nightmare!! We were homeless for 2 days!!

Commodore 102 Review

We stayed in commodore 102 and had the GREATEST vacation we have ever had. The condo was PERFECT. The location was fantastic, the view was beautiful. It was easy to get to everything, the pool and hot tub were both great. We already booked another room at the same place for next year. I would highly recommend this place.

Affordable with nice view

We enjoyed our stay at the Commodore. We had never stayed on a ground level unit before and enjoyed that this ground level unit had a great view of the beach and ocean. It was also the shortest walk to the beach we have ever had from a condo. With some upgraded decor and lighting, I would have paid $70-80/night more for this unit.
