Where coast and country meet, Fingal House is set on 5 beautiful acres sleeping up to 24 guests in pure private luxury amongst the green rolling hills of the Mornington Peninsula.

Fingal House is the perfect place to gather family, friends, work colleagues or clients for a weekend away, a special family occasion, a corporate offsite, or a yoga, Pilates or wellbeing retreat.


Located at the crossroads of the Peninsula, Fingal House is ideally situated within an easy drive of Bay and surf beaches, world class golf courses, wineries, restaurants, breweries & distilleries, along with all the other major attractions on the Mornington Peninsula.

Fingal House is focused on delivering an unforgettable experience for our guests. We cater to the following groups:


*Families - we are the ideal location to host small family events such as birthdays, anniversaries and family reunions. We can organise private chefs and caterers to help make your time with us extra special.


*Corporates - Fingal House is perfect for all types of corporate/executive offsite retreats with our dedicated Studio space with tables, chairs, and high speed internet, multiple breakout areas, premium amenities and midweek availability. We can assist with coordinating activities including wine tasting, spa and massage treatments, etc to ensure a productive and refreshing corporate experience.


*Yoga/Pilates/Wellbeing Retreats - we have a unique purpose built yoga & Pilates space to cater to 24 guests. Our Studio is heated and air conditioned, fully sound proofed, and comes with kitchenette, bathroom and toilet, along with an infrared sauna. We can provide mats, bolsters, blankets and blocks for an additional fee.


*Golfers - Fingal House is the perfect location for golf groups to enjoy the best of the Mornington Peninsula. We are a short driving distance (5-15 mins) to a range of world class golf courses including:

We can assist with your golf transport requirements including from Melbourne Airport if coming from interstate or overseas. Post golf we can arrange for in home massage therapists or a private Pilates session to stretch out tired muscles.

Guests have access to the entire property for the duration of their stay. The house is only ever tenanted to one group so it's all yours to enjoy.


Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement. Please note there is an additional fee for each dog with a maximum of two only. Please note that the property is unfenced on several boundaries and so we cannot guarantee the security of your pets. We do not allow cats on the property.


We have a two night minimum stay on weekends and three nights for long weekends with longer minimum stays during our peak and super peak seasons.

Great property and great host

The property is lovely. Secluded yet a short drive away from practically everything. It has anything you'd need for a family or group stay, including the pool, trampoline, and many indoor and outdoor games and activities. Peter was very responsive and answered all of our many questions very quickly. Highly recommended.

Marvellous place for a large family gathering. Beautifully decorated with eye for fine detail.

Peter was always available for any questions or requests. A truly beautiful and well set out property. The children loved the In ground trampoline which was safe and also the spa being in cooler weather. There was so much room for outdoor activities and a fire pit for the cooler evenings plus the fireplace inside. Would highly recommend this property.

60th Celebration

Fingal House was the perfect location for our family celebration. The sleeping arrangement worked perfectly. It was wonderful all being able to eat, play games and solve the worlds problems under one roof! Would love to return. Only drawback was only one fridge. 18 people eating and drinking was a bit tricky.

Family Christmas

From youngest to oldest (15 of us) we had the best time. This house is located in a beautiful quiet spot. Anything you have at home and more is here for the whole family to enjoy. Just pack the food for your stay and you will not need to leave the house. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. Kids have a great range of activities to enjoy. This is our second stay. The trees have grown and the lawns were beautifully maintained. Well done you all should be so proud. Clean, plenty of space, comfy beds, so many towels, great laundry. Just fantastic.

Beautiful Grounds, but minor issues

PROS: 1. Beautiful grounds 2. Lots of activities for the kids (trampoline, pool, cubby house) 3. Good location, close enough to town and activities CONS: 1. Pool is only 'solar' heated, so is extremely cold unless it is an extremely hot day. 2. Cleaning of the property was not great on arrival 3. If all bedrooms are being used, there can be difficulties with the number of bathrooms. 4. Seems a bit expensive for the quality of the house (but we did stay during peak period).

Family weekend

It was exactly what we wanted for 17 of us to get together for the weekend. The facilities were great and we made full use of them with a barbecue, trampolining, swimming and sitting round the fire pit in the evening and cricket on the lawn during the day.

Perfect Family Holiday

Fingal House was perfect for a holiday where you need not venture from the property . It had it all . The atmosphere of the property just draws you in . From in the pool, outside entertains to just watching tv or ready a book , it had relaxation covered. The trampoline , football size open areas, cubby and indoor games , have the kids and big kids entertained . Beds and bedroom configuration meant we could all spread out when too much family time was enough . Thank you to Peter for a memorable holiday

Stunning location and house

Fantastic large house in an idyllic setting. Multiple living spaces indoors and outdoors worked perfectly for our team offsite. The outdoor area out the back is stunning. The kitchen was fabulous with everything you needed for large groups. Peter was awesome to deal with, super helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic Family Getaway!

We had an amazing time at this property in Fingal! Summer or Winter, this house is wonderful. Plenty of room for sleeping - kids and adults alike. Great fireplace areas - inside and outside. Our kids really loved the outside area - trampoline and cubby house got lots of use. Even when it rained we just relaxed by the fire and there was plenty of room for us all to sit and chat. Kitchen is marvellous and a wonderful dining area. Highly recommend. Will definitely come back in the warmer months to utilise the pool/spa area and the outdoor area. Peter was amazing with communication also.

Beautiful weekend getaway!

We stayed for three nights at this gorgeous estate. The grounds were so beautiful and well manicured. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting outside enjoying the surroundings while the children were kept busy and very happy with the in-ground trampoline, cubby, spa, pool, kicking the footy and even just running around in the big open space out front! This also meant parents could actually just sit back and chat while we watched them play. We walked to the brewery with our whole crew which took a while but was a great experience even meeting some horses that were sharing the same track. The house itself is styled perfectly and was a cosy place to be by the fireplace on our rainy afternoon. Great place for a couple of families to share some rare quality time together. Thank you for having us!

Excellent luxurious property for big groups

We stayed at this Fingal Property with a total of 8 adults and 9 children. The property was absolutely beautiful. The kids loved the outdoor area, the inground trampoline was excellent, and the pool was wonderful too. Rooms were very well presented and the kitchen was perfect for such a large number of people and great for entertaining. Peter was excellent to deal with and always answered texts promptly. The only minor suggestion I have is a dustbuster would be great help for general tidying up rather than bringing out the vacuum each time after a meal. Also maybe having some board games at hand would be very appreciated. Would love to stay here again though.

Fantastic stay. Beautiful house and great set up.

A fantastic stay for us. We had a few families gather at this place and it was perfect. There was plenty of room inside the house and it was very well set up (bedding arrangements; ample kitchenware; tv room and Foxtel, and separate living areas) and outside was spacious. The trampoline and pool kept the kids entertained for hours, as did the open space out the back and front. Everything just worked which made our stay very enjoyable and relaxing. Peter was accessible during our stay and promptly responded to our queries. Would highly recommend this place.

Very spacious and well furnished- fantastic space for a big group

We had a great time at Peter’s place. It’s very big and our family thouroughly enjoyed the pool. Small problem with the gas but Peter was on top of it and came down to apologise personally with champagne which was a great surprise. Lovely host!!!
