This hard to find Oceanfront condo location provides perfect views of the ocean, beach & boardwalk from a spacious furnished balcony. Sit back and soak up the casual boardwalk atmosphere. Located close to Kite Loft and Hooters. Inside, there is so much to love about this property. The many highlights include tile flooring, custom tile bathrooms, quality furnishings, and cool tech features - such as a big flat-screen TV, Xbox gaming system, and wall-mounted iPad for surfing the web (free Wi-Fi), adjusting the A/C, or controlling the surround sound system. Fully-equipped kitchen comes with modern appliances and extra-long breakfast bar - great for holding a big spread of food or just grabbing a quick bite. Owner also provides a beach umbrella, 2 beach chairs, boogie boards, and a storage unit full of sand toys, bikes, scooters & more.

Country Calling weekend

Our stay was overall pretty good. There were a couple of issues, hair in the bathroom, smoke detectors in the refrigerator, one of the sprinkler heads in the ceiling had a slow leak. Otherwise the location was awesome! About a 15 minute walk to the concerts. Hooters was right next door but it did not bother us at all. I recommend renting a pedal cart/bike for an activity. We had so much fun crusing up and down the boardwalk during the day.

Family getaway

The location was excellent for us. Right on the boardwalk and the beach. Five of us stayed very comfortably and with being right on the boardwalk it was great for the kids. The place was excellent,very clean and big enough for all of us. Will definitely stay here again

Nice View, but next to Hooters

This property is about what you expect at the beach. We knew it was next to Hooters, but some reviews said the noise wasn't bad. It was a little noisy until about 12 on the weekend. Otherwise, location is good. The sliding glass doors lock is broken and the manager didn't seem to care. The worst part was the check-in and departure. While listed on VRBO, the rental is actually through Shoreline. So you must go to their office about 15 minutes from the rental before and after to get and dropoff the keys. After the initial reservation, the rest of the payments and contract must be done through Shoreline, not VRBO.

Great vacation!

My family had a great time! Loved being right on boardwalk and across from beach access. Condo was clean. Only downside was we only were allotted one parking spot. I spent a small fortune in parking our second car. Definitely need another parking spot.

Wow!

This was our first time in Ocean City, and we loved it! The beach is beautiful, the sand is soft and the action is non-stop! So much fun. This beachfront condo was perfect for us and two teens. It was bigger than we thought, and the pictures are very accurate. What an incredible vacation… we are from Chicago, but wish we were closer because I would definitely want to stay here again! Thank you, OC… ❤️

Family vacation

I want to write a bad review so nobody else will book it when I want it, but honestly I don’t see how it could get any better. We were concerned with hooters next door, but that was a blessing in disguise-good music on the porch, but couldn’t hear inside. The location is prime, the condo has everything you need and it’s easy to get to. 100% recommend it. Will try to book again in the future.

One of the best vacations!

This place was one of our favorites after many years visiting ocmd and staying at various condos. We will definitely be booking again in the future! The access to the beach was perfect and the little sandpit at the place was perfect for the kids to play after a long day at the ocean! The balcony is amazing and the music from hooters was great for hanging out at night! 100% recommend! Also, super clean!!

We’ve stayed at many places in OCMD and this place is by far the best! Excellent location, loved the covered deck facing the boardwalk/ocean! Can’t wait to come back!

Great Location and view

We absolutely loved staying at this property. The location is perfect. It's not too close to the amusement area, but close enough to walk there. The view of the ocean and boardwalk is perfect. The kitchen is big and has everything needed. The bathrooms has big tubs and the beds were comfy. We weren't sure about being next to Hooter's, but it turned out great. They close around 9 or10pm, and it was convenient to hop over there for dinner when we didn't feel like venturing out. We will definitely stay there in the future!

Right in the action!

Great location on the boardwalk in ocean city. If you want to never move the car once you arrive, this is the place to stay! The only time we drove was to Assateague Island. This condo is furnished nicely, great for a family of 4-6 and the covered patio with boardwalk views was excellent! Our kids played in the sandbox every single day! Only complaint is slow WiFi and noise in the area, which is to be expected when you stay next to Hooters and other restaurants. We really enjoyed our week here and would love to stay again!

Beach Vacation at OC

Wonderful Condo! Perfectly located on the boardwalk!! Absolutely beautiful view!! LOVED, LOVED, LOVED the balcony! There was so much room! Perfect days and nights to enjoy eating outside or to just enjoy the ambiance! We appreciated the modern appliances and access to the beach chairs and games etc. We are looking to return next year! Can’t wait!

Great trip!

We went to celebrate my 40th birthday it was my first time to Ocean City Maryland and what a wonderful experience. The condo was amazing, clean the balcony overlooking the boardwalk and ocean was amazing! I cannot wait to come back next year and enjoy the beach, boardwalk and delicious restaurant.

Best place on the boardwalk

This stay exceeded all expectations. The property was clean and cozy. The porch was amazing, providing great views of the boardwalk without being right on it, and excellent space for eating and relaxing. It was wonderful to be able to walk right out to the beach and they have a spigot to wash your feet before going back inside. The property is located close to tons of restaurants and shops and an easy walk to Trimper’s and the rides/arcades. It was close to Dunkin Donuts for breakfast and coffee too. Storage closet had tons of games and beach toys for the kids as well as bikes and scooters. The little sandy yard in front of the house was perfect for letting the kids play in the evenings or when it was too cold or windy on the beach. Check in and out was very smooth. We had to call the property managers once and they were helpful and responded promptly. I really can’t say enough good things about this place and would highly recommend it. It’s obvious that the owners put a lot of thought into what renters would want/need. We have two young kids and it can be challenging to find a location that fits their needs, but this was perfect.
